Spirit, he'll be fine. Besides, this is a BOSS level encounter for Reiner specifically. Are you SURE you want to try and attempt that when the only one she 100% doesn't want to kill is Reiner himself?
Arial will not interfere with the battle since he is confident about Reiner strength. But he will be there watching and ready to rescue Reiner with the chance he be defeat and knock out.
Wait I remember something. Is Reiner still with the walkie talk with him? Since it's little enough to hide and keep?

Good luck with that, then...if Windos even allows it. You're tied up doing something else that's also incredibly interesting right now, after all. In character, what reason would Arial have to do any of this?

He does (nothing ever said he got rid of it, after all), but I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend not doing anything with it.
4 Reasons:
1 - Arial was paid to be Reiner bodyguard.
2 - Giovanni will might kill Arial if he heard about something Arial failed in his mission.
3 - Arial kinda owe Reiner for rescue him in the Vampire mission.
4 - Because he promised to Kyubi he will do his job as bodyguard and she will might Flambé him if he broke that promise.
Along with other reasons.

- Great, but Arial wasn't exactly very concerned about that at the time of encountering that grimer/muk as I recall, and was actively trying to avoid Reiner/gym leaders to avoid getting into unnecessary trouble because it was pretty clear he would if he encountered them. (well, that's how Windos described it, anyways)
- Giovanni doesn't waste anything that might still potentially be useful. He'll find something for Arial to do.
- Sure, but does Arial even know Reiner is even in any real danger? I don't think he does.
- Again, Arial didn't seem particularly concerned about that at this point in time.
Look, I don't want Reiner and Arial at odds with each other unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary. It's not reached that point yet, so please don't push it there.
Guys, I'm going to take a break from the Game Thread for today, as I want to have more time to think over Clair's response, how it will affect the rest of my prelaid plans for the campaign, and just to get some time to rest and relax from it. Is that okay?

That's fine. Gives me some time to get some sleep in tonight since I work from 7-4 again tomorrow.

Good decision, I haven't really gotten to think about what to response to Emily either. Enjoy your break, my dearest!
I agree too. To many things to think in the same time.
