Okay, considering how great of an idea this is, I think that'll be enough justification for Reiner to get that Razor Fang for Durendal in return (should help pacify Arial's grumpiness about this IC decision as well)
Thanks, Spirit!
No problemo man! I gladly I was able to help you with that problem! Arial will be very much happy in get the Razor Fang. In case be necessary to abort the mission of get the Bug/Steel pokemon, when Riza get the Beedrill, she will return to that main mission. It will take a little more time, but if this will help the group, I will make that little sacrifice. We are members of Celadon City right? No one can survive this hardcore game alone. Learn that in the hard way.
Hey, it was a good idea on their part, and it ends up helping EVERYONE out with minimum fuss, so I just decided to allow it! I want to reward creativity and cooperation in and out of the game, so when I saw that idea, I thought 'Hey, that's pretty great, so why the heck not?'
Arial wouldn't be grumpy about Riza being 're-assigned' to another duty, especially since the alternative course of action has guaranteed benefits unlike his original plan. Of course, giving him a Razor Fang for his trouble would make him all the happier too, which in the short run makes for less friction between the two characters, so getting it for him regardless is still a good idea!

Unfortunately, there's not really enough time to start the search again (she'd have to start all over again...) if we want to squeeze the NRF into Saturday.
Fortunately, bugs are resistant to Rad accumulation, so even without a Steel type/nuclear gear, Riza should be relatively fine if she joins us on this little journey.

But Arial will send her to search again anyway. He cant let her go unprotect. Because he is responsible for her. And because he is infatuated with the bug vampire. Pretty strange tastes, but them again, we are talking about our goofball Rocket madman right? Is this okay
?
So, question about Frosslad's moveset, Windos.
When you say all of the gen seven 1 xp moves for Glalie and Froslass, would that include Freeze Dry and Ominous Wind? (They're Evo moves in gen 7 for Glalie and Froslass respectively, but the book retains their normal exp costs from gen 6 because the writers were lazy being efficient. Evo moves on gen 7 original pokemon in the core book all cost 0 exp for those pokemon). And is Bite on the list or not (not a 1 cp move for Glalie in the games, but it is a 0 exp move for Glalie in the core book)?
And just to confirm, it also doesn't include Sheer Cold (since it's only a heart scale move due to being a high level move), yes?
Also, is Ice Shard included or not? It's another Heart Scale move in gen 7 (but I don't understand why that's the case when the move is learned at level 10 in those games...)

Yes for Freeze Dry and Ominous Wind, and if Bite is a 0 XP Move in the core book then Frosslad can have that more too.
Hmm.....Frosslad has Ice Shard AND Sheer Cold. Sheer Cold has increased Accuracy (+1) while Refridgerate is up, but remember that it can only be used once per Encounter.
Since Reiner has access to TWO Pokémon with OHKO moves, going to implement a new rule to make my life and potentially yours easier/less of a hassle: Pokémon that have a Typing that resists the type of the OHKO Move will only lose 1/2 HP of their Max HP instead of being auto Fainted, which can stack if a Pokémon double resists an OHKO Move. Pokémon with Wonder Guard or a Plot Device Ability will also be immune/resistant to OHKO Moves, regardless if they would be SE or not against them.
I'll also award XP bonuses if you send out a Pokémon that has a OHKO Move but doesn't use against a Tough Opponent/Boss, so there's that too.
That's all for now!

That's your choice, but Riza won't be able to participate in the NRF Encounter until muuuuch later, and its not a guaranteed she'll be able to catch up unless you wait on her somewhere in the facility FULL of nasty monsters.
Riza is resistant to Rads herself and has a way to expel them from her body (albiet the later has a cost), so there's that to consider too. She doesn't need Rad Gear, and can sneak onto the property without being seen, so they don't count towards the 3 Person Limit into the Dungeon. Arial also has Protection Gear that halves Rads, and Iodine Tablets on him, so he's good too....hopefully.

Hooray for technicalities!
Well, here's another reminder for Sheer Cold: as of Gen 7, all Ice types are outright immune to it.
Yup. It took that long to nerf the most powerful of the 4 OHKOes (since nothing is immune to Ice, unlike Normal and Ground)
Rhyxemplar also technically still has his personal limitation on using Horn Drill, iirc. Except when facing Dragons.

Hmm well thats problematic. But still going further in my plan. I know she will take more time to find the Bug we need, but I still going to send her on the mission to find it. Its not a good idea let her have only 5 pokemon to fight since Reiner have Buzzwole with him. I will ask her to be quick as much possible in her scout mission to find that metalic bug and go to the NRF quick! If possible. If she succeed very well, if not patience.
Its too late to go back on it now, but there was another way you could have maximized the benefits of the Lucky Lion Loin: Taking it back to the A.V. and having Mr. Mime prepare it for Arbok. Though you would have caught on to that alt. solution by yourself, but since you didn't....oh well!
