Not icy cold yet, but more like 'no-nonsense' anymore.
Rage for whatever blinded them there, could it actually be ANOTHER one of these strange Bulbasaurs?
Rage over it having attacked them, having blinded them.
One one hand, she could understand it as they were more like intruders than guests, but that doesn't excuse 'it' from causing THIS to them and startling the Pokemon she was just calming ONCE AGAIN!
She leaned into what seemed to be the archangel given to her by her love, keeping her eyes covered in an attempt to soothe it. "Raphael..." she quietly spoke to him, "Please try to locate what has most likely caused that flash, chances are it might be another exemplar of a rocky Bulbasaur that is with Nathan. Don't attack that one - see if there is another one, a wild one around. If there is - I hope you are ready to DEFEAT IT. Delphox.... Come to me please, show me that you're close.... Can't see you.... Haaahh..."
She's saying this in a low and serious tone, but especially the last few (bold) words are audible for the others. It seems like she is all up to battle and faint whatever has let loose that second bright light, but are the others?
--------------------------------
Mechanics:
Wild Primal Bulbasaur must be taken out quickly and smoothly before it can cast more flashes, I'm all up to do that! But for fairness, instead of ordering an attack right away, see if there are strong objections from the others by having Shiva voice that she's up to defeat = faint it.
...and that is certainly something that Gallade notices in full...he's primarily focusing on that Primal Bulbasaur right now, though. He's not angry, but he's being
very defensive. (Again, can't really speak for Ray currently)
"Shiva, no! I'm trying to NOT faint it!"
...yeah. There's a strong objection right there.
Her rage doesn't cease, same with that pain and blindness, she began to breath heavier in response to all having taken such a term. She wouldn't have believed that being a hit by Flash hurts THAT much! Her earsight remained fine and clear though, and that stronge sense of defense alongside a (to her) contrary request to not defeat the assumed second Primal Bulbasaur could only come from one party member if she'd have to guess.
Delphox threw a grim and warning glance into their direction displaying that he won't let anyone come near his Master and the Togekiss clinging to her right now, before looking away again trying to find the attacker/source of the flash with bared teeth - though not with his eyes but via concentrating on his own earsight and smell. His psychic senses probably are obscured here within the cave just like Gallade's! "Please tell me again WHY I should not have Raphael shoot some Auraspehres towards that assumed second Primal Bulbasaur, Nathan? But FINE.... In... haaaahhh... That case: Lilith, you still there? Please let me know if you are! Locate the source of that second bright flash of light and get a hold on it with your telekinetic powers, just.... do anything possible to PREVENT IT FROM ATTACKING! Tanuki, you hear me?..." A melodic growl alongside some squirming movements coming from the right sidepocket of her Cloak brought the desired confirmation that the fluff/furball hasn't left her position. "Perfect! H.... Help Lilith by detecting the attacker with your sense of smell! Can't.... haah....anyone put it to sleep or paralyze it as well, please? Or anything to stop that pain?!"

My Lucky Chant is still in effect!
-----------------------------------------
Accuracy Roll Tanukizoon's Odor Sleuth: 4 Dext + 3 Survival + 0 Alert = 7d6
Effect: Detects the wild Primal Bulbasaur as the source of the flash and target.
Secondary Effect: P-Bulba can't effectively flee into the darkness, as any successfull dice of this move's Accuracy Roll will be added to a Roll to track it!
-----------------------------------------
Accuracy Roll Telekinesis 1 from Gothy on the wild Primal Bulbasaur: 4 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 2 Actions = 8d6
Effect: The primary effect in this case is the 'restraining the foe's movements by lifting them up' to stop P-Bulba from either fleeing or attacking with more flashes.
Secondary Effect: It lasts for 2 Rounds and makes P-Bulba immune to Ground Type attacks.
Master asked to 'prevent it from attacking'... That certainly included throwing it off track by ironically praising it for such a fine display of light!
Accuracy Roll Flatter~ 2: 4 Dext + 2 Fight + 2 Allure - 3 Actions = 5d6
Effect: Lowers P-Bulba's Strength by 1 while autoconfusing it.
Secondary Effect: I hope this will not encourage Bulba to blind us once again. If it looks like it will, Tickle will be used by Gothy instead (4 dice in Accuracy); while it does not confuse it'll at least lower its Strength and Defense both by 1.
Heart was ready to answear Nathan....until the moment he was hit by the enourmous Flash of light coming from P-Bulba. "Argh! Damnit! Thats really hurts!" Say Heart who get the most flash of light since he was more or less close to Nathan. He try to open his eyes, but failed to do such thing. "Damn it! Why we cant enter a cave without get involved with ambush! First Ground Pokemons! Then a group of Nuzleaf! Now a Primal Bulba! Screw that! I hope you ready to pay for that Bulbasaur, because I coming for you! I gonna take your leafs one by one! No one ambush me and escape with that!"
Still with his eyes burning with pain, Heart was able to reach his pokeballs to summon Meowth and Alphonse. He even not listen to what Nathan have told to Shiva and was ready to send a world of pain to that Primitive Frog! "Alphonse! Meowth! Time to teach that grumpy Bulbasaur to not ambush us! Alphonse! Disable Bulbasaur with Disable! Then use Heabutt! Meowth! Use Fake Out! Then use Charm!"Â
Oh crappy! Heart was indeed piss of. I also have send Beldum Egg back to the PC to put Meowth in the party. I have forgot to say that.
(Gonna use 12 XP points to increase allure from 0 to 2 since I gonna need to work that Charm)
Disable Accuracy: Dex (4) + Fight (4) + Channel (3) + Wide Lens (1) - Actions (2) = 10D6
Effect: Disable the last move made by the foe.
Heabutt Accuracy: Dex (4) + Fight (4) + Brawl (3) + Wide Lens (1) - Actions (3) = 9D6
Damage: Power (3) + STR (3) = 6d6
Effect: D3 to flinch the foe.
Fake Out Acuraccy: Dex (4) + Fight (4) + Brawl (3) - Actions (2) = 9D6
Damage: Power (2) + STR (3) + STAB (1) = 7d6
Effect: Flinch. Priority
Charm Accuracy: Dex (4) + Fight (4) + Allure (2) - Actions (3) = 3d6
Effect: Reduce foe STR in 2. We dont need that P-Bulbasaur retaliate us with ofencive moves.
(Oh eh, , since Primal Bulbasaur is partly a Grass Type putting it to sleep will not work unfortunately. Of course, Shiva in-chara does not know that and assumes it's only a Rock Type, I cannot know about Heart. Whether you'll edit your orders accordingly or not is up to you!)
...yeah, none of that is helping to defuse the situation at all. Partially because there's very aggressive responses coming from opposite ends of the cave. Gallade does not unsheathe his blades, though, and starts preparing himself for what's coming with a Calm Mind instead of using Leer or Growl...since this P-Bulbasaur was unaffected by FLASH, he figures buffing himself will be a lot more effective than trying to debuff it...other than that, there's not much else he can do about the situation except try to get in the way of any attacks that would be targeting Nathan, and try to avoid getting blinded by FLASH if it's used again. He will stand firm and Steadfast, no matter what comes.
Calm Mind
Acc: 6* + 3 + 3 - 3 Actions = 9 D6
Effect: +1 Str and Def
Evasion (if FLASH is used on him)
Acc: 12 base - 4/5 = 8/7 D6
Note: Would a sudden, bright FLASH of light trigger Steadfast? Most immediate instinctual actions in that kind of a situation would be akin to Flinching, after all...
Ray's just kinda standing off to the side, not getting involved so long as he doesn't get attacked. Eh, he'll just keep making sure the cave stays lit in the meantime. He's not really worried about that wild Primal Bulbasaur at all. And even if he does get hit, he has that weird bag of scraps of food that Nathan gave him earlier. Curious...it never seems to run out...he actually finds that quite interesting...
Seeing he had lost the ability to.....well, see properly, and that unlike either Shiva or Heart he isn't all too upset over being blinded by P-Bulba. (Since it was just more or less defending itself against disruptive intruders, in his opinion), Terra decided that discretion was the better part of valor and beat a hasty retreat from the cave, recalling Mikey as he did so. If he/his mushroom can't see worth a damn, they can't really help with either capturing the Unown or P-Bulba. , and since they're more liable to suffer the mischief/malevolence of wild Pokémon in their enfeebled state, it was a wise idea to hightail it out of danger!
The rugged wanderer did, however, shout out an order for Melly as he was fleeing, as he knew she wasn't dazzed by the FLASH since she didn't started yelping/whinning when something bothered her eyes/nose. "Melly, zap P-Bubla with Thunder Wave, and keep other Pokémon from sneaking up on group! Go!"
Order: Terra's exiting, stage left, while Melly's going to do her part in statusing Wild P. Bulba into being an easy catch with Thunder Wave (Which should be 9D6 Dice for the Roll), followed by trying her best to look Intimidating by arcing electricity all over her fur! That's all!

Foe Bulbasaur has two status conditions and another round of Telekinesis.
Now that Terra can (well enough) again, he peeks back into the cave to survey the situation, and mildly scowled as he saw the Duosion/Green floating blob monsters were being problematic. He thought they would have scurried off after their ambush and eyes were ruined by FLASH, but it appeared neither their blindness nor getting caught before the act detered them from lashing out wildly with their Psychic powers! Seeking to rectify this immediately, the simple monk tossed out Basteele's Pokeball and summon her into the fray alongside Melly, and quickly barked out to his girls!
"Basteele,
Bug Bites on both green blob monsters! Melly,
help her out with Quick Attacks! Take care of them first, then keep other cave Pokémon from attacking group!"
Orders: Terra will summon Basteele to help out Melly subdue the Duosions with 2 Bug Bites (Basteele) and 4 Quick Attacks (Melly) on the green blobs, with each focusing one of them before moving on to the next. Afterwards, they spend their remaining actions body blocking attacks from the rest of the Wild Pokémon in the cave. Also, going to be increasing Terra's Brawl by 2 Points for 30 XP (
which will leave him with 1 XP left) to maximize the dice fore those Moves/Brawl Moves in general, and to showcase just how serious he gets about protecting the group! Let's get ready to ruuumble!
Moves:
Bug Bite/Quick Attack
Accuracy (Same for both): DEX (2) + Fight (5) + Brawl (4) - 4/5/6/7 Actions = 7/6/5/4D6 Dice
Damage: STR (5) + 2 = 7D6 Base Damage for Melly, and 7D6 + STAB + Silver Powder + SE = 9D6 + 1 Base Damage for Basteele
Effect: *Priority 1* for Quick Attack/Melly (Which means she'll be moving first in the Ini now, instead of near dead last!), and eating Berries/Food items with Bug Bite/Basteele.
Still having her eyes intuitively covered with the hands in the hope to soothe the pain from the flash and tackle the subsequent blindness , Shiva had to trust on her other senses to catch a glimpse of the outcome of things.
From the noise all the hissing, screechings and growling made it was rather easy to guess that things have become serious rather quickly, she detected mild chaos and that typical , hard to describe feeling of a Pokemon Battle going on right here in the cave, from the corner of her eyes she even believed to have noticed another flash of light. Or was it just her imagination or an aftermath of her being blinded??
She didn't know for sure, but when she boldly dared to take a look, she noticed that the blindness has decreased, and that the source of the Flash was indeed a SECOND exemplar of these weird and rocky Primal Bulbasaurs - Tanuki was lowly growling at it while Lilith had her arms raised in the direction of it, she and it were faintly glowing with psychic energy as she kept hovering mid-air. Melly was also there, that Hypno Heart once mentioned, Gallade - and Raphael as well as Delphox who now greeted her Master in their own way. Both of them are swiftly recalled into their respective Balls after quick thank-you for the aid during the blindness is given, before Shiva made a heartfelt leap to the nook where Eevee and its Umbreon-Dad nestle - she's taking a quick glance inside to see/feel how they are doing and whether they're okay, if they are she'll still remain right there before them, semi-covering the nook with her own body and protecting the small family of foxes with suprising vigor and determination. If ANYTHING dares to do a thing to them, they'd have to get around HER at first, she'll take any hit targeted at them. (Though there's enough room that Umbreon can leap out and attack the foes if he wants, as I wonder why they're having an Init Roll..?)
"Nathan, if you wish to catch that Bulbasaur, please try so now, or weaken it first, whatever you desire! I.... We... will take care of the two Duosion instead, alright? Lilith, Tanuki, concentrate on one of them at first, try to take it out together with the others as fast as possible - show them HOW fast you can be Tanuki, while you Lilith show them your Feint Attack please! Don't... loose track of that Primal Bulbasaur though, means keep the Telekinesis up and its smell memorized, both of you!"
