Spira speaks up
-to Nathan- "Even though Noire seems to really like that doll, I don't think she's ready to use it yet, so in the meantime, you can hold on to it and I'll ask for it when I feel that she's ready, ok?"

Initially, the rugged wanderer said nothing as the spectral breeder approached him and ask for his name, but after staring at them for a minute or so he let out a small huffing sound and spoke up.
"Terra. Terra Sanaa Ismat."
....aaaand that all he said to them for the time being. The
big man's still mostly uncomfortable/uncertain around them, so he's remaining mostly stoic out of precaution (for now)!

-to Keni- "Hi there, good to see that you're not hurt. The last time you drew my ghosts turned out great, maybe we should do it again sometime?"
Keni is one year old, so he can't draw any actual things yet.

Nathan looks a little uncertain about that.  He knows exactly why Noire finds the doll interesting.
"...sure...I guess...
I don't really want Noire to resent Keni, though..."Â
Banette have a track record of not liking whoever discarded the doll they possessed. Â Of course, it might be fine since the doll was a gift instead of abandoned, but Nathan's not sure...
There are other reasons that Nathan might not want to see that doll used as an item for evolution, but...well, he
does want to be nice to Spira, so that's why he's kinda submissive (minus one minor worry that isn't entirely selfish)Â to the really, really forward and self assured assumption that Noire will get to use that doll to evolve.
Hmmmm...well, first impressions seem to still be okay on both ends, I think? Minus a few...uncomfortable moments, Nathan is trying to get along with Spira, so...
With the babe's display of the stunning amount of artistic talent with the now Rhydon Doll, their parents naming them, and Nathan's own reaction/commentary on the above, even Terra could realize what they done, and who they were meeting: The group had managed to rescue THE Keni Morsugi and his family. Unlike the clever trainer, Terra was momentarily shocked by the news, with eyebrows raised to their full heights as he stared taken abackly at the baby artist, before managing to regain control of himself in time to not make a scene. Even he wasn't dense enough/had enough experience to know that him staring at someone for too long lead to problems.....usually.
That revelation settled heavily on the simple monk's mind, as he thought about the young one and their marvelous, critically acclaimed future and how the group as a whole enabled that, his meeting with them as an old gentleman, and how he wanted to do more for them without causing problems for the 'future'. After all, while they were going to be talented and famous guaranteed someday, a little insurance never hurt, yes?
After a minute or so of pondering, the ideas of what to do came to him, like Electric Move drawn in by Melly's Lightning Rod. First quietly getting Keni's parent permission to personally greet and gift smol Keni, he approach them, couching down so he was at eye level with them and gave them a kindly smile.
"Hello, Keni. Since you gave doll to us, I have a gift for you. Here."
Saying that, he dug around his pockets for second, until he pulled out a lamented photo, and held it out to them. It quite simply depicted Terra and his entire lineup of Pokemon before he came to Cheshire. Terra was standing straight and tall, looking into the camera with faint shyness but great amusement, and was holding a Forrestress in his hands like it was a basketball. Said ironclad insect was boldly glaring at the camera herself, as it DEMAND it to take the photo already. Shiranui the Hariyama and Genie the Flygon were standing by their brother's/partners right and left sides respectively, each with one hand/claw on Terra's shoulder as they smiled, the dragoness' one playfully impish and the sumo wrestler boisterous and gregarious. From first glance, it almost look like they were acting as the man's good angel and devil, like certain cartoons depict. Melly the Manetric was standing at his feeting, looking her energetic self and ready to run off and play play play! Last, but certainly not least, was Lapis Lazuli the Milotic, coiled around the whole gathering and hover overhead, with him leaning down so he was in frame and giving the camera a warm, gentle smile.Â
"Its a picture of me and my Pokemon. If you want, take it. If you do not, that is fine too."
He then paused for a moment, thinking of what else to say, before nodding to himself and smiled again at the baby artist.
"Have some......advice......help on how to be a good....better painter of Pokemon too. Don't just paint them, but.......paint them. Bring Pokemon to life on......paper, not just make image. To do that, need to know about Pokemon too. Its....hm....past......what it is doing now......maybe its future too. As a.....Wise Old Man said: 'You can't paint without the WHOLE story' . Understand?"
At this, he gave Baby Keni one last smile and (if it was okay with everyone else), gently patted them on the head.
"You will be a great a great artist. A great man. Can feel it. So take care and be well, Keni. Live long and happy, doing what you want."
With that said, Terra said good bye to the child and returned to the group, sad to leave them, but knowing someday they would become a world class artist that would meet with them again warmed enough to keep him smiling.Â
'Never thought I meet Keni again like this. Or him meeting me this way. Weird.....but not bad. Very glad I could help save him. World.....needs more people like them. Hm.....'
(That should do it for any interactions Terra has with Baby Keni! Tell me what you think of it, mates!)
Keni just pokes your meaty hand. Hard to say whether your words sank in, but his parents' eyes are shining.
(That's the Mirror Hat? Lolz, I believed it to be an actual hat. Don't care, Shiva does still like it a lot. ^^)
Shiva was just busy with very carefully packing the egg brimming with happiness and fortune away into her belongings, being well aware how this small round thing was a definite lucky strike indeed. Practically luck being given a form! At home they had a few of these, her father always made sure that they're clean and safe. Small and freshly hatched Pokemon love the company of this special egg.
Though when Mito all proudly stated that their lil' Poochyenapoo was called KENI of all costs, she stopped midway and her head darted to face the future card artist with an expression of awe, meaningfulness, kindness and 50 other warm feelings all mixed together to a nice arrangement of colors, unable to say a word at the moment. She just...watched the young boy into the eyes with the softest smile, in front of her own mental eye the scene of them all having met the old Keni up in his studio replays. It gave her a very weird sensation to see the man she has gotten to know only hours ago, saw how he was working on a drawing of her beloved Cottonee and how he welcomed them all so heartwarmingly, being a tiny toddler in the arms of a Chansey now. As if Shiva was living in a time lapse, observing things from above without ever growing old herself.
Now, she begins to see why he was so fond of them all in the first place. Now, she also was sure that Baby Keni would have survived this mess somehow, which was very reassuring to the fae enthusiast. Now, she also wondered whether old Keni would still have that Cottonee-Fluff she has gifted him.
Averting her gaze from the smol artist, she gazed over to Mito, still smiling. "'Keni', you say...? What a nice and melodic name for an angelic boy! With a kind nursemaid and loving parents like you, I bet he'll grow in a healthy and kindhearted man. Promote his enjoyment for art - every big artist has started with taking baby steps and impoving from there! Isn't that so, lil' man?~ Take good care of the fluff I've gifted Chansey for you, now will you? Who'll become a great artist someday, who will make it to a famous person one day?~" She tickles him at the nose. C: "...You of course!"
Smiling a little more wide now, she held her arms open towards Keni even. "Do you want to come to Aunt Shiva who helped saving you from that biiiig bad rocky Pokemon to fetch your daily cuddle? You can even stroke or ride my benelovent Togekiss if you like, his coat of feathers is alll soft and wonderful to touch! ♡"
To Chansey: "Will you let me hold him for a few moment, Chansey? Please, just shortly! I'll take utmost care!"
To Raphael, in a more quiet tone: "Is that okay with you, Raphael? May smol Keni stroke you all carefully, would you let him take a seat on your back if he's up for that?"
Shiva is sensitive enough to feel all the happiness within that egg quite tangibly. Now she can see why baby Keni, one of the most sensitive humans to ever exist, loves his Chansey.
It might be interesting to compare how they felt when you were with your father - yes, they made you a little happier, but it was on par with the feeling of eating a bowl of ice cream, compared to the feeling of receiving wonderful news which fills your whole body.
The Morgusis and Chansey carefully gather around while Keni sits on Raphael's back - Raphael is just perched on the ground, of course. It's far too dangerous to let a baby try to fly on a Pokemon. He's already very gentle and observant, and Raphael of course considers him worthy!
