Yep that's all I had for you. You have no trouble sneaking the item back to the group inside a Pokeball. And you still don't have any clues about what the item does.
BUT when you return to the group, the gem starts blinking when you get within a hundred feet of them. It blinks faster and faster, and eventually you triangulate in...on Nathan! The gem is blinking in response to Nathan.
Heart in the moment he return to the group, he meet them interacting with a strange looking Medicham. He careful aproach then salute. "Howdy everyone. Howdy Medicham. I have return from my exploration and found some interesting items." Heart search his bad until he find the MSC. "I found this Meteoric SuperConductor lying in those camp. It is some kind of item who can make some minerals in Pokedex, PC parts and even pokeballs.Â
It is the "Magic Crystal" old Apricorns were fitted with."
"I also find...this." Then Heart take the pokeball and release a crystal inside. "I found this crystal inside a chest back in the camp. It was problably some kind of important item the king guards once protect. I could feel a absurd flow of Earthpower in this crystal, almost like a Mega Stone. But its not a Mega Stone. Its not round and its also....different. Any of you guys know what is?"
When Spira gets back to the group, the first thing that he notices the wild Medicham, "Wow a Medicham, haven't seen one of those in a while." He then asks Nathan and/or Heart if they have any ideas on what's up with the strange Pokeball.

Gallade drops his Deyo flower on the ground, but Gothitelle has tucked hers away somewhere and is watching the two macho Pokemon with curiosity.
Haha, that's cool and hilarious. I'll add that Gothy now carries a dried Deyo Flower from Medicham to her own tab in charasheet, though does it count as a real Held Item? She's actually already carrying the Goodra Scale.
Quote:Medicham shakes his head to Shiva's question. It's not about what the flowers can be made into. It's about their source!
Medicham and Gothitelle soon end up eye to eye, probing each other. Gothitelle turns to Shiva, and pantomimes opening up a hole in the sky in her prophetic manner. Nothing appears, it is just a gesture meant to show that Medicham is interested in her prophecies. She points to Gallade - he, too, has made prophecies. Medicham nods - this is indeed what he needs to know more about.
Ah, NOW Shiva's starting to see things more clearly! She can't help but to chuckle behind the pages over how Medicham and Gallade seem to not get along with each other too well while at the same time she wonders about the latter's behaviour: She guesses that he's not too fond of these special Deyo Flowers for some reason. She doesn't doubt that he has reasons for this view either, though which these were was none of her business: She resectfully decides to keep herself out of this, it's a thing between him and Nathan: Though if help or an open ear is needed, she'll be there.
With a just as resectful and apologizing bow she also adresses Medi himself now, thanking her for the clarification that his interest was not in what can be made out of these flowers, nor did her developing assumption that this Medicham was connected to Almanac, at worst belonged to them, was wrong. This was a big relief indeed, and raises her liking for this Medi again.
She eventually nods to Lilith to express that she believes she understands, then crosses her arms lightly as she progressed and pondered about things for almost a minute. Then, she speaks up to Medi once more in a calm voice: "That's curious... You seem to have an interest in what these flowers mean and especially where they come from, is that correct oh noble Medicham? The same goes with any prohecies that may relate to that. Well... They are indeed connected, or so I believe... These special flowers grow only where meteors have struck, and there's something very special about them indeed. That's unfortunately the only thing I am somewhat sure about, please forgive me." Her expression lights up a little. "I - we? - are on search for more information as well. The prohecies... If you'd like to know more about this, find out more, it'd perhaps be the best if you'd be to join our group. Oh, eh, not in my care... *fending hand gesture* You at best stick with Terra here, he who met you first. *waves to him and gives him a questioning look* Would that....be alright for you, Terra? And for you too, Medicham?"
Mechanics:
Not much, just asking whether this is Medicham's intention and interest, followed by the question whether he'd be up to join to find out more on the long shot under Terra's OT, ID and care since you wanted to have this Pokemon I think, ...? That's all then, I'll go eat roasted chestnuts now.
That sort of service is definitely within Raphael's wheelhouse. It will take him at least 2 trips, though. With Extreme Speed's tripling effect he can make the trip twice in three hours, keeping it all within one Encounter. I'll roll Survival and if Shiva passes (1+ success), all the Pokemon will make it within two trips. Is that OK?
Gothitelle smiles as you speak. It's obvious she and Gallade know more about the Deyo flowers than you do.
Medicham gives you a challenging glare, as if to say he'll come along just to keep an eye on these suspicious Psychic types! He turns to Terra to see his reaction.
Gallade doesn't mind the flowers so much, actually (they mean something significant to him, and it's not because they're repulsive to him. Quite the opposite, in fact, as he finds the flowers themselves somewhat interesting). It's mostly Medicham that he's having issues with. There's just something about Medicham that Gallade doesn't really like...which by extension, means he's only offering the most basic of courtesies by accepting that specific flower initially, and by no means wants to keep ahold of that specific one. At least, that's the impression Nathan's getting.
Nathan just quietly sighs when it's obvious that Gallade's not in the mood to talk right now.
Quite honestly, he's impressed with Medicham for one reason: he got on Gallade's bad side almost immediately, and Gallade's physical reactions are showing it, too.
It's hard enough to get on the bad side of the Ralts line that quickly without outright attacking them or those they care about. And Medicham just did it with enough ease that Nathan's not sure there won't be more problems in the future between Medicham and the Psychic types able to prophesize...
--------------------------
Moving on, when Heart and Spira both show up with goodies they want examined, Nathan perks up a little. Heart and Spira would almost certainly notice that Gallade's still got his arms crossed and is a bit more standoffish than usual. The Blade pokemon is leaning up against the tree and staring at Medicham with narrowed eyes still.
That gem that Heart puts on the ground in front of the group immediately catches Nathan's eye (and by contrast, the MSC isn't very interesting to Nathan at all). Even disregarding the fact that it's flashing, it's definitely not something you see every day. Unlike Heart, Nathan doesn't have any initial qualms with picking the gem up to examine it. Does Nathan recognize what the hexagonal rainbow colored gem is at all? And does anything in particular happen when Nathan picks it up? (besides the gem potentially flashing even faster as Nathan gets closer, I assume?)
As for the sealed pokeball that Spira found...yeah, Nathan's all up for examining that, too.  It could be sealed for any number of reasons, of course. What would Nathan know about pokeballs being sealed like that, though?

Yes, rolling Survival +1 autosuccess will be okay. Feels risky, but definitely worth doing anyway.
Oh, and Shiva doesn't doubt at all that the partial or in Gothy's case full Psychic Types know more about these curious Deyo Flowers than she does - she gives them a hopeful look, wishing to be enlighted as their all's journey through the region continues. Ventus would be opposed to that, she'd almost bet money on this; and she does feel a bit bad to follow her desire instead. But what could be wrong about investigating a very special plant?
She is a bit too timid to voice it aloud, but a tightly sealed Pokeball like that Spira brought along does catch her curiosity. Maybe if she'd kindly ask to see it as well or if the others can't provide help/ideas, he'll let her have a look.

You recognize that color scheme, the kind of pastel rainbow, as being similar to that on the Key Stones. It's definitely not a Key Stone though.
It definitely flashes faster as Nathan gets closer.
As for the sealed Pokeball, I wouldn't think Nathan has ever seen or heard of such a thing. Heart might have?

Raphael heads out, comes back, heads out again. He conveys to Shiva that he dropped them off some distance from the Skull Ruins, and professes relief that they didn't head directly for the Ruins themselves. They seemed to be searching for someone, according to his pantomime.
