Ah, was that compassion that she picked up from Nathan? Likely... Because what else could it be? It eased things a little. Every depression was different and the same one can have a totally different impact on two dfferent people, but he knew that feeling. Or rather, he knew how hard it may be to overcome that feeling on ones own. Although he was younger than she was, he seemed to understand. How neat to know...
"I already told you most of it yesterday. The mind is powerful, and sometimes even I fail to understand its reasoning. Things will become better, there is hope, I naively choose to trust in that hope. It's just a matter when and how it'll indeed become better, and what to do to direct things into a right direction when you are not sure whether it's worth it or whether the direction is correct at all." ... "But... You came in the end, and you can be sure that I appreciate the visit. Least of all did I expect it to be YOU who comes to me in the end, after we had our difficulties earlier... You deserve my thanks."
At this point, she herself became unsure of things.
"And I told you yesterday that I'll be here for you whenever you need it.  I don't intend to back out on that now."
He sighs and starts rubbing the back of his neck.  "...I had to deal with that feeling every day for a little over two years...and I still do to this day...just not as frequently."
Another sigh as he relaxes a little. Â "Well, if you're fine for now and feel up to facing the day, Ven and I will be waiting in the lobby. Â Okay?"

His eyebrow raised at this , he was tempted to put it off until later but he sighed and waved for him to go ahead and tell him .Â
" You may speak, Valder. I trust you have be doing well in Corsage lately , and have been finding work to supplement your income ? If you need supplies or cash , though , I am currently unable to give them to you fright now . My latest restocking has left me steeped for money for the time being . "
( This conversation can be flashbacks to , so don't feel like you have to wait for it ! )
"Money? Oh don't worry, I can wait" Valder said with a little smirk.
"As I was indeed working, I met someone. Someone I once knew, someone who knows what scimitars are. They were on that big ship, you know, the one with those cool sails and-" Valder interupted himself "Yeah that ship. The one I knew had spotted some
water scimitars disembarking at Wineberry Town, carrying some kinda red metal. They were apparently doing a 'repair job'".
Valder looked to see if this Gloom was still listening.
"That's mainly what I thought you wanted to know. I don't know how much you care, but something out of the ordinary happened yesterday too. I was teaching Ghastly Shadow Ball and I made him train by extingiushing lamplight. Now when he did so we caught quite a few glimpses of a shadow. When we followed it, I found it looked awfully alike me, except it was a shadow and had red eyes, I guess it might have been what I wish I was... It disappeared when it saw that we saw it".
Valder stopped, looking at Ventus to see if what he just said interested him or not
"Should I maybe not report small things such as that?"
It looks like Natha himself was starting to become a little, well, inscure, to put it out bluntly. "Ah. yes, sure. I'll join up in a little. I guess. Thanks...again."
She gave him a little smile as Nathan turned to leave and closed the door behind him. Kirlia followed.
Now there she was... Happy over someone checking on her and the assurance that he's there if needed. But still, Shiva didn't feel completely encouraged yet to change and head downstairs. The others were waiting, sure, and there was breakfast although she didn't feel like eating a thing currently... Nathan said he knew that feeling and had to deal with it for two years, but he did't tell her how things got better for him. And that was somehwat the problem for Shiva: She knew that things will eventually become better, but was completely insecure about how to direct things in a direction that would indeed help with the issues. For now, she would just follow the current path, until anything happens.
The bed was still rather comfy as she sat down there, with Azu on her lap. The blue mouse looked up to her Master in question, who was returning the gaze.
"So, dear one... What do you say? Should we head downstairs to meet up with the others, or continue dwelling here in comfort but all alone?"
Azurill is up for whichever will help her evolve faster.

Any calm he was trying to regain was almost dispel By the news that those blasted scimitars were here , and that he bloody missed them ! Still , hVentus was careful not to explode into Valder ; he was just a messanger , not those magical scumbugs . " ... I would appreciate it If you inform me of such a development immediately for now on , but it can't be helped in this instance . I'll give you my phone number , like I should have done long ago . The next time you come across information of this nature , clall me . If you don't have a cell phone , I can find a cheap one you fr your use ," he ground out , unhappy that his morning has not been quiet as he liked.
" Regardless , I thank you for telling me this . If that red metal is what I think it is , the might have repaired the entrance to the underwater lake I found . Looks like I will have to go back and ' un fix ' it , on top of conducting a raid on thier base in Winesberry .... I wil tell everyone once they return to the lobby . Great job , Valder ."
At the mention of a red eyes Spector following his mercenary , the researcher looked quite alarmed and worried in an instance . " By Reshirim ... You may have encountered a Gengar ! I'm glad it decided to leave you unmolested , as it could have easily caused you grave problems ! By all means , report thing a of this nature to me . I don't want anything I'll to befall you if I can possibly prevent it ... "
( End of Scene , for now ! )
(I don't quite know how exactly, but lets just assume Shiva understands what Azurill is trying to tell her, okay?)
"Ah... I see, and I promised you o to help on evolving you, didn't I? Well then, maybe you are right on this... Give me ten minutes."
Shiva used that ten minutes to get dressed properly, shower and carefully adjust pillow and blanket in place to secure a safe and comfy return, before she picked up the blue mouse and closed + locked the door behind her, not wasting one glimpse on the burn Dream Catcher. Before she headed to the Lobby though, she made sure to pick up coffee, black and sugary. She still felt a little relucant to get things done, but it's not like she has a choice anymore, has she? Oh well...
(I assume I meet up with the others just as talk with valder ended, so I see all reunited but missed out what has been discussed. Sounds alright?)
Well, back to the lobby they go...Nathan could feel that Kirlia was rather distracted by something, though...strange...he stops to ask Kirlia about it before they get back to the lobby.
"What's wrong, Kirlia? Shiva's fine, right? Did you notice something I didn't?"
Kirlia shakes his head, a bit worried. He grabs Nathan's hand, showing that he (and Shiva) appreciate how Nathan has already reached out. Nathan is Kirlia's first priority, but he still has a lot of empathy.
( Sounds fine , my love ! )
When Nathan returned , he spotted Ventus trying his best to reassure to his mercenary that his ratty was important to him . Quickly picking up on his friend presence , he turned and motioned with him to sit with him , with a happy yet concerned on his face . " Nathan , while you were checking on our friend , Valder here , " he motioned to the man in question , " Told me some very crucial information . Since I don't want to repeat myself more than once , we will wait until Shiva joins us before I speak of it . Unless she choose to stay in bed this morning ? " Ventus told them , before the boy told them that the lass was comming down soon .
When she arrived in the lobby with a cup of coffee in hand , the empath gave her the best smile at his dispel , and motioned her to join the whole group . When everyone was seated and looking At him attentively , Ven told them every thing Valder told him recently while Nathan was away, sparing no detail at all . As he finished , he let out a sigh and offered his own opinion on the matter.
" The Scimitars are beginning to be more active , but we can not do anything about them until we return to Winesberry. I say me and Nathan finish our business her with the Gym , and prepared to depart Corsage immediately . Unless we have other things to do , we need to start curbing thier influence effective now."
