(Hey, hey, hey.  Grid has 4 loyalty now!  Whoo!  And you know what that also means?  Houndour now has 1 Loyalty as well!  Making some good progress here!)

The researcher noticed Nathan and his Pokémon instantly, but he had to restrain himself from interacting with the boy. So the empath just gave the boy a wave and a smile when they cottoned on to his presence ('Or choose to acknowledge me, as is the more likely case.'), before he walked over to a tree and leaned against it, enjoying the peace and relative quiet of Firewood with his much beloved Niobat. Lucifer continued to munch on his fruity treat, savoring both its delicious taste and his master's company.
Nathan doesn't so much as acknowledge Ventus's presence as look up, register that he's there after what seemed like an eternity of waiting, and then go back to interacting with his pokemon.  He needed to give Swiftfire a little more attention than he'd been doing lately, after all.  When she's done running around, he reaches into his bag and pulls out a special fireproof brush designed specifically for Ponyta and Rapidash care and gives her a good brush down.  While she likes getting dirty, there's nothing fun about staying dirty!  Well, that's what Nathan thinks, anyways.
As usual, Nathan also can't thank the combee enough for all the hard work they put into gathering that honey for the group. Â He'd have to think of a proper way to thank them when they got to Wineberry...for bee pokemon that frequently collect the stuff, Honey probably isn't a sweet enough treat for that...
Yeah, Grid is really pleased with how much you use him in battle. And you've taken him to places he enjoys, both natural and civilized!

"Let's look for that Kricketot while we await a response! Do you have any Pokemon that can cause sleep, poison, or paralysis?"
Whoahw, that was fast! Shiva could not help that wave of joy that flooded her, mixed up with some anticipation and just a bit bashfulness. However, the Fortune Hunter Lady did ask for help and showed herself rather eager to get
that one instrument repaired, so she'll likely - hopefully - will be overjoyed that Shiva indeed found someone.
Elysia made attempts to start search for a wild Kricketot the, and Shiva was all eager to follow, as promised. While considering whether she did have the possibility to inflict any Status Alignments on a wild Pokemon, her expression grew blank, though. "Oh, I'm sorry, currently not... Not on hand, that is. I own a Plusle and a Minun that enjoy nothing more than paralysisng the foe, but currently they're on Bill's PC because I wish to train two Psychic-Types. I DO have quite an assortment of debuff currently, but I fear they won't help this time, will they?"
"Also, please don't poison the Pokemon you want to catch. Well, unless you have enough Antidotes or Pirsif Berries with you... But I feel whatever you catch, it will remember the pain and nausea you inflicted on it, and be wary of you for some time being." Open secret that Shiva detested Posion Status.
She then faced that Skald from the side, looking a little curious. "Speaking of that, what Pokemon...do you have? You said somethng like wanting a Kricketot
as a sixth Team Member ?"
The forest has became silent again meanwhile, which made locating a real Kricketot easier. It didn't even take THAT long to find one, hooray!
The catch went rather fast on top of that, so fast that it was...quite interesting... Shiva could not help but to be impressed. Well, anyway, no battling, so that musical Bug should be all fine and happy for not being hurt~
... ... ...
*after reading the message*
It wasn't very hard to guess who was contacting them now. She stared at the message for a while with an unreadable expression, before facing Elysia again and handing her the phone back. "Hehe... Of course I cannot answer phone when I'm enjoying your company way more AND am on low battery level. I'll contact her by myself again as soon I arrived in Wineberry."
"However, it's good to hear that she got the message! What now? Will you...with new Kricketot...head directly to Corsage Port? Guess I have to leave then as well, the others might be waiting for me somewhere, and you might want to move on as well? Besides... if you'd wish to stay in contact or you'd happen to have any more prophecies - please do tell me if they're worrysome, alright? - we can exchange numbers as well... I'll be travelling the region, so I'll appreciate any warnings where NOT to go..." As well as any bad omen.
Actually, Shiva was rather shy about THAT- but she felt that it's not that uncommon to stay in contact with someone you met while passing though? Especially if they were such nice company...

Mechanics:
Once that has been settled, it'll be time to resume the main path again (after finding it somehow), and meet up with the others. Shiva is in a delighted mood after spending some time with that Skald.
Great! Everyone ready to reach Wineberry?
Waving Elysia goodbye for now – not after thanking her again and wishing her lots of good times with her new Kricketot – Shiva jsut stayed there where she currently was, coyly smiling to herself. What a fortune coincidence it was that she met not only such a person, but also ensured that dear Fortune Hunter Lady would get that special instrument repaired!~ Indeed, things were alright lately... Well, better at least. Depression may be strong, and it still pained her that things developed into that direction but, but there is no point in crying over happenings that cannot be changed anymore, right? She felt like there is light at the end of the tunnel. Faint light, but it was shining warmly and constantly, the path of recovery from that one episode laid ahead. She'll still need to take these meds constantly, though.

With Braixen as a guidance, it luckyly wasn't that hard to find the Main Path again and follow it until she spotted a familiar shape in the distance... That was clearly a Ponyta, and the only Ponyta she knew of was Swiftfire! Shiva made haste to catch up, delighted to see the others again.
However...as she reached the spot (and noticed Ven nearby as well), she unwillingly froze mid-walk. It felt like the silent spat here was tangible... Oh well, what was it THIS TIME? Whatever it was, something was wrong, and Shiva found it rather distasteful. In fact, she barely cared to hide that disappointment she felt for both Nathan and Ventus. Mixed up with a tab bit impatience.
She let her glance wander from Nathan to Ven, before she crossed her arms and clearly showed that she doesn't enjoy this. Somehow, her presence was stronger, Ventus would clearly pick this up being the empath. Her voice was dangerously low and cold when she spoke the next words, it was an interesting new way to speak to her travel companions. Braixen was following his Master's gaze the whole time, curiously.
„Alright... ALRIGHT. I see you guys are still not speaking a word with one another since we left Corsage... I don't really care who of you started with that and what exactly happened (when, actually, she could guess what was wrong), but you two are currently bevaving like you're in Elementary School. Nathan, *she looked over to him* you are a determined battler with a soon-to-become-Gallade, and now you are sulking like I didn't expected you to do. Ventus *moving on eyeseight to him*, you are a grown man, I expect you take responsibility for your actions. We wil stay here, and we will clear things. So, Nathan, what is wrong, why have you been avoiding us ever since? We cannot know unless you tell us...“
„Besides, we are close to Wineberry. But how do you people think we manage a base of Water Scimitars IF YOU TWO ARE NOT SPEAKING A WORD WITH ONE ANOTHER?“
Shiva reached mediator-state.
Nathan winces at Shiva's surprisingly icy criticisms. Â She wasn't going to let this slide, was she?
He just gives her a tired look for a moment...nope, she wasn't going to let this slide...he's pretty quick to look away again...and he quickly sees Kirlia is giving him much the same look as Shiva...*sigh*...
The first part of what he says is a mostly inaudible, slightly annoyed mumble.  "...nowhere near...without...Dawn..."
The second is a rather tired sounding mumble by contrast.  "...nothing funny...being laughed at..."
He looks rather uncomfortable right now...but at least he's sort of talking? Â Kirlia's doing his best to encourage him to solve this now rather than later now that things have progressed more definitively...

I have awoken from my thousand years slumber, so yes I am. I'll read over everything and get a response ready in the meantime. Bloody hell I slept awhile...
