At the Shelter for Disobedient Pokemon, you see just how difficult a job these saintly trainers have! There are quadrupedal Pokemon up on the living green roof, kept in check by barbed wire fences and a few alarms. The windows are mostly open air, though they have steel shutters that can be closed, and an electric barrier something like a force field. It allows air in, but not Pokemon.
A gentleman in a red tracksuit, the uniform of the Shelter, is collecting donations of canned food, money, and other supplies for the Shelter. He also has a brochure showing how the Shelter purchases berries and fresh food from trainers/businessmen who range outside the unproductive city. His nametag says "Lil' Freddy."
The Shelter has a very nice porch, due to the abundance of disobedient Pokemon left on the doorstep at night. There are a few affixed Temporary Balls there.
To get into the shelter, you have to go through one steel door into a small chamber. Once the first door is closed, the second may be opened, and you are inside the shelter proper.
There's a reception desk, where a tired lady is feeding MooMoo milk to a baby Cubone.
Signs point to "Egg Room," "Nursery Room," (young Pokemon who may or may not have a Dis score yet, often their evolution does) and "Inmate Room" (adult Pokemon).
There's also "Tool Room" (Unfortunately they don't have enough resources to give these for free unless you adopt), "Play Room," (where you can bring a Pokemon to see if you'll get along) "Clinic," "Discipline Room" (you can hear sad cries coming from it), and "Discharge."
A living green roof... That was surely a nice view and something Shiva noticed at first when the Shelter came into her sight. Untill noticing the fence was made of barbed wire, which somewhat unhinged her... Wasn't used to such a thing. It's only for the Pokemon's safety, too keep the quadrupeds up there, right? The thought of them suffering injuries from the nasty wire quickly unnerved her and in response she discretly looked away from that and held Ven's hand a little tighter.
Nevertheless she wanted to go inside, now that there were already here. The curiosity what species of Pokemon are held there won, and Shiva wouldn't hesitate much to grant some love and care to a Pokemon that'd clearly show that it is in need for some. She already has enough to do with her own Pokemon and she couldn't estimate how a Pokemon would feel if a person comes, spends some qualitative time with it even if it's diobedient and then doesn't return...
Before that may or may not happen though, she thankfully accepted one of the broschures the employees had. Something about it kinda catched her eye. "Ven...", she said in a meaningful tone, "please go inside on your own, I'll follow right after. I just want to discuss a thing with the guy I got this broschure from."
*carefully approaching mentioned Lil' Freddy* "*cough* Uhm... Hi. I couldn't help but to notice you - or rather the Shelter itself - purchases food for the Pokemon. Is that so? Because, well, I caught a Tropius not long ago... And it produces fruit everday that I don't really know what to do with."

Before the Ventus entered the Shelter proper, he noticed Lil' Freddy standing out in the porch area collecting donations, and felt a surge of both internal and external empathy for the gentlemen. Given his status as a Pokémon Researcher/Sociologist and his primary study of interest being all manners of unruly and viscous creatures, he knew very well how perilous and costly it was to properly take care of a Disobediant Pokémon, so he made his way their over to them,
took out his the two Sticks/Leeks he had carefully preserved all this time, a Perssim Berry, a Purple Coral Mushroom, and $350 Poke, and gave the whole lot all to him with an understand look of compassion on his face.
"I understand more than most the good work you people do for these Pokémon, and I'm happy to provide what little I am able to assist in your noble, often thankless task. May Reshirim be with you, the Shelter, and all that is tied to it," he said to the man with a wane smile, taking a brochure for his later perusal at night and then entering the place. After all, their might be even more ways for him to support this place, if he makes the right connections or deal with someone important.... He would have waited on Shiva to finish her own business with Freddy, but at her own urging he reluctantly parted ways with her for the moment, and went right on in the Shelter.
When he arrived in the lobby, he quickly read the signs that were posted there, before swiftly made his way towards the receptionist and introduced himself. "Greeting, my friend. My name is Dr. Ventus Zackarieh, and I'm a Pokémon Researcher from Unova on a visa to explore the Chesire region, and to document and analyze the behavior of the Pokémon here, their interaction with each other, and with humans. One of my main areas of interest happens to be Disobediant Pokémon themselves, and I was wondering if I could get a tour of this place to see what it Insights I can glean from it, and perhaps adopt a Pokémon if at all possible. As proof of my occupation and status, here are my creditials and afformentioned visa(s), and you can get into contact with Dr. Mallorn if you need additional verification of my status."
Order: Donate all those Items to the shelter, and see if Ventus can't get a tour of the place/make a good impression with the people that work here! Oh, and Shiva can tag along too, but right now Ven's is in pure Proffesional mode, so interactions might be altered or constrained.

Dagny efficiently keeps silent, only speaking when there is a nice break for her to do so.
"The recordings are secure. Proceed."
"Tell me, were the Unown blue and spiky, or black and smooth?"
"You were wise to keep this information to yourself. I thank you for sharing it with me, as I may actually be able to do something about it. My Pokemon can get into the Skull Ruins and deal with the threat of these commanders or mannikin kings. Psychic powers will not work on my Pokemon."
"Nathan, it seems you were given a choice by the Legendary Pokemon. I, too, have a mind that has been touched by the power of a Legendary, as do many of the prime movers in this world. So, the question is - can Kirlia become the "sharer of unselfish love," or must you "journey to the ends of the earth" ? It won't be a question of simply changing your behavior. The Legendaries of Creshire are deeper than that. It will be a fundamental, visible, tangible change in Kirlia, I think. I can look into it more if you require. But Kirlia cannot be how he is and still awaken Mesprit."
"As for the other alternative, it's not the journey part that intrigues me. 'The beginning of the land.' What does that mean? Is it the same as the ends of the earth? Intriguing. Nathan, if you decide to pursue either of these alternatives, I will assist you and any materiel aid you choose to bring along. Perhaps you are the prime mover in this situation. This is how a boy becomes a man: by working hard and sacrificing to do what others are unwilling to do or incapable of doing."
"Blue and spiky, written in the Old Unown script before they shifted to the more modern script. They weren't actual Unown from what I could tell, being a projection of some kind produced by a crystal in Mesprit's chamber."
"Psychic powers might not, but control of the earth might. Â And I don't know what else might reside in the Ruins, but I expect it won't be pleasant. Â Be careful when you go in there."
Kirlia gives Dagny a quzzical look. Â He'd have to...change to awaken Mesprit? Â What is that supposed to mean?
"I appreciate the offer. Â I just hope we can figure this out in time...if you happen to learn anything more, do let me know."
Funny...Ventus had said a somewhat similar thing...but Nathan still wasn't sure the context was the same...
"Oh, thank you, kind sir! The Pokemon will appreciate this very much!"

"Oh yes, we're always looking for Nanab berries and so on. We accept donations, or we can even pay for fresh food."

Diglett A: (2) + 3 Dex + 3 Survival = 8
Koa: (3) + 3 = 6
Heart was excited to begin the challenge with the guy. "I accept your challenge my friend! Koa, Gustav, Rose! Time to roll!" Then he ready to brings his pokemon.
(One question Iroh: All the three pokemon will go out to fight, or each one of us will bring each of the pokemon to the battle then fight?)

No no, just one Pokemon at a time! Triple battles are way too dangerous.
