"A lot of stuff has happened in the last 10 years. Â Orre is a rather small, obscure region with no League of its own, but...it's seen a lot of trouble because of that. Â Celebi was involved in cleaning up the mess from what I heard."
"But I also have reason to believe it's...a different Celebi from the one in Johto's legends and myths."
Nathan's a little reluctant to say too much more on the topic.
...so he changes it.
"...so, why the interest in Relic Stones, Valder? (
) And why did you want to talk about this away from everyone else?"
When Nathan was (for her) visibily and clearly reluctant to tell more about it, it caused Shiva to only tilt her head in wondering confusion-curiosity. A...different Celebi that resides in Orre? That was involved in cleaning up a mess there? What has Dr. Hypericac to do with all that...? Ah, even IF Shiva would feel fine meeting him again (Note: She will after Dagny's research has revealed that he is indeed a Pokemonpsychologist), he likely won't tell her more since he already wasn't telling where the region he came from lies.
She knew about the myths of Celebi in Jotho. She did, alongside that knowledge about far away Torren, Alola and Urobos. But Orre? Nope. Seems like at some point, Shiva does have to make a trip to the library of Telperion University's Extension here in Stair City. The chance that she'd find something was low, that's what the voice within her told, but she nevertheless cold try... Can she?

The one in Agate Village in Orre is a tall pillar of black, semi-circular stones, with strange symbols and writing on each one in various locations.

"Black, circular stone and it's a pillar. That man asked you to find a Relic Stone then, doens't Shiva's defenition seem just like the one you have of Relic Stones, Nathan?"
Valder didn't really answer the other questions, he shrugged, "Intuition. Sorry, we could tell them about it, but first, is there anything else?"
"So, should we seek it? The stone. I think it could help us find the library, that man knew about it so I feel this would be the right thing to do".

"I'd be...happy to seek for that Relic Stone, the magical artifact that opens a Pokemon's heart..." Such a description re-echoed within Shiva's adult yet currently wounded mind, it had a wonderful ring, "...and serves as the Key to that Secret Library. Though, please, let me digest and process the current events for a day or such at first..."
After quite a break, Shiva does speak up again, rather hesitantly yet honestly curious, as well as directly to Valder. "Uhm... Do tell me one more thing please, but what actually is that elusive Secret Library? I, ehm, don't feel like it only contains books, in tales and stories such places ALWAYS hide more than ancient knowledge. Why is everyone after it?"

Valder thought, it was a good question, he also wondered if the library held only books. He blocked his brain and answered from his instincts, "I'm not sure what's in it. But if the scimitars want to it, we probably do as well, if nothing else then at least to stop them".
'How am I supposed to find mine...?'
"I'm not not much of a reader, but I think ancient libraries is what you guys like, right?" Valder sends Froakie out for company and shoulder-sitting.
"...I don't have much reason to 100% believe a Relic Stone might be the key as of right now, but who knows?  Agate Village's is a metaphorical key to opening a pokemon's heart for only one reason: Celebi's power.  The stone itself is insignificant without it, and no other stone can do anything similar to my knowledge. If the Secret Library was hidden away by a Legend or Myth for some reason, maybe a Relic Stone relating to their power IS the key."
...
"...we NEED to get to that library before the Scimitars do.  If we don't, they'll probably have access to many things they shouldn't have..."
"...Probably, yes. Well, I certainly enjoy ancient and elusive knowledge, as long as it's not too much historical content." Hidden knowledge... What could it be? What made the Library so worthy, precious and possibly dangerous(?) to keep it all a secret? What other 'secrets' does it hold? Hmmmm. Shiva goes silent again, mulling over that thought and letting her imagination run free about the concent of that place.
Valder keeping that Froakie on shoulder was also a nice sight in her view, she felt like such a Pokemon matches him well. Oh, and of course she's still enjoying his touseled hair, although she'd never admit that.
"Oh, one more thing... Dr. Hypericac told me about a rumor that this artifact - that dark black Relic Stone - can be found within the capital region of Chreshire. I read and know that in Cress City, west from here, mythologists and mediums reside... It's the original capital. Do you people think we, well...might find answers there?"
