As Paula points her trident at Dialga defiantly, the stone set into it begins to glow, and so does the Key Stone that Randolph's holding! The siren becomes enveloped in a sea blue glow, and a sphere of water appears from out of nowhere and surrounds her! Bright light shines through the liquid, causing it to glow with all the colors of the rainbow, and Randolph can hear Paula singing with a voice that would be even more beautiful sounding than her previous songs if it weren't muffled by the liquid sphere.

But then the sphere bursts outwards and becomes a drizzle, and the singing becomes much louder and clearer as Paula stands before the Legendary as a Mega Syrentide! Longer hair that flows like a wave, one trident in hand with another on her tail, more detailed and impressive looking jewelry that reflects her status...Paula is a Queen of the Sea, and those that dare defy her shall be dealt with swiftly!

Scizor, meanwhile, pulls a rainbow colored seed out of his bag and eats it! He begins to glow with rainbow colored light as well, and has transformed into a Mega Scizor mere moments later despite not having a Trainer! He clacks his extra large, serrated pincers. If he's gonna leave a dent in this thing's armor, he's gonna need all the power he can get! Mega Scizor gets +1 Strength and +2 Defense.

Lucas lets Giratina speak for themselves when Kee asks if Yurei can take cover behind them. As long as I am in my Altered Forme, you are free to do so. I shall not move from this spot until I have determined the optimal way to approach this battle. One does not trifle with the Legends that created the universe and expect it to be an easy battle, even if you are a Legend yourself. You will be safe while I am on the defensive, though I cannot protect you from the Time Keeper's mighty Roar.

Surprisingly reasonable for an incredibly angry dragon that's almost a god, actually.

Giratina also happens to 'hear' Randolph's reaction to her appearance. You have nothing to fear from me, little man. I am here only to maintain the balance between this dimension and others.

And so, the battle with the much less reasonable but just as angry dragon god begins!

Primal Dialga Round 1

Nami immediately starts off the battle by exploiting her newly amplified hypnotic powers. Yes, sleep, little dragon...sleep, and regret everything you've done...

...sorta. The gigantic, 17 foot tall, Steel covered dragon begins to thrash around as nightmares of incredible strength begin to torment them and attack their mind!
Dialga's eyes are closed, but it's still fighting as if it was awake! It just so happens that it can't pick and choose its moves and targets of its own accord now, and every random attack it uses will hit a random target as determined by the dice.

Scizor pulls another seed out of his bag and chomps on it! What's it gonna do? The only way to find out is to watch him and see!

Whoooooooaaaaaa, it looks like every heavy swing of Scizor's heavy claws is suddenly fueled by a barely controllable rage!!!

Paula's almost hauntingly beautiful voice echoes throughout the void as she sings a prayer to whatever powers may be watching over this fight to ensure that it ends well for everyone involved. The Fairy song causes the Legendary Dragons to shudder as it washes over them...

Dialga swipes at the air in response to the Ground type move, as if trying to strike at some unseen foe in its nightmares! It just so happens that everyone fighting it is in the way of its blind rampage!!

Giratina then flexes her wings as if they were giant hands, the red points acting as fingertips, and begins crushing the air in front of them. Dialga roars as the flames consuming its body intensify and turn dark and shadowy with Ghostly energy.

That attack actually does knock Scizor over, and he can barely move after taking such a heavy blow! He struggles to stand up and continue fighting.

Yurei's noping right on out of there after seeing just how much havoc Dialga can cause with its own Special attacks! Nope, she does NOT want to be hit by those, even if she DOES have a boost to her Special Defense! She prays that whoever comes in next will fare better than she would, for she could be blown away by a light breeze in her old age...

"Pleeeeaaaase don't faint on me in this battle, Espeon! I...I don't know what I'd do if you did! Don't take any risks you don't have to!"

Espeon looks back at Rui and purrs. He promises it'll be fine as he winks, and the gem on his forehead glows with power for a brief moment.

Dialga roars in pain, anger, and anguish! It's worst nightmares have been becoming realities, and Nami's constant tormenting has only been amplifying its awareness of what's happened, of what it's done! It roars, and roars, and roars...

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

...but the Red Chain holds this time, restricting the power of the Time Lord's mighty Roar, preventing it from warping time! One very unlucky pokemon has to cover their ears as they're blown away by the force of the attack, however!

By the time Lucas has finished speaking, Giratina has shifted to their Origin Forme to go on the offensive! Their wings have become writhing, red tipped tentacles, their legs have disappeared in favor of a tail more reminiscent of a ghost, and their armored head's face plating has clamped shut as Giratina prepares for battle!

Time seems to briefly speed up as the Round comes to a close, becoming almost impossibly quick. How much time passes, nobody's sure, but everyone can be certain that Dialga's powers are still out of whack.
Potion Effectiveness for the day has been reset for every pokemon.

With a command to go on the offensive from the Banished Dragon themselves, but no idea how much more fight Dialga has left in them, what will everyone do next?

Espeon retreats and encourages Rui to send out Milotic! He's done his part, so it's time for the sea serpent's turn! "...okay, if you say so, Espeon..."

Once she's sent out, Milotic grimly assesses the situation as she observes the standoff between the Legendaries. So, it is time. Very well then. Let us end this quickly.

Karen sends out her Magnezone since Dialga is currently floating in the air! "...well, I think you're my best bet for dealing some damage, Magnezone. Let's make sure we don't let Jasmine and everyone else down!" The magnetic UFO whirs in agreement, spinning its 3 magnets in unison. They shall fight, and they shall win!

Kee sends out Octavia! I'll leave the description to Phantom.

As everyone sends out their pokemon, the red chain binding Dialga buckles slightly, unleashing a wave of power as time randomly slows down and speeds up for every individual! Initiatives are rerolled every Round for every pokemon, including Dialga.

Kogeki and Nami was impress. They already knew how much powerful Mega Evolution is, but Nami Mega Evolution...it was another level! "We still have a long battle to go forward Nami. Time to go ofensive."

Kogeki look to Giratina. "I dont fully like Legendaries Giratina, but I gladly to have the help of a fellow Ghost Pokemon in this battle. If we survive this, I would like to ask you a few questions."

Kogeki look at Primal Dialga chest Gem. "Any armor have a weakness...I wonder..." Kogeki then point the Gem in Primal Dialga Chest. "There! I dont know if it is a weakness, but it worth a shoot to give him something to get pain! Aim in that Gem of Dialga chest Nami! Focus Blast! Since he is under effect of Metal Burst, after you use Focus Blast, depending of what damage you took I heal you with a Super Potion or a Hyper Potion! Then go with Nightmare and Night Shade! In case Dialga target you with a attack and he still sleeping, use Dream Eater!"

Nami listen loud and clear! She wrap up the feathers she have behind her and form around some sort of circle close to her beak. Energy begin to form from each point of her feathers and charge in the front of her face. This is she preparing herself to launch her new special move, Focus Blast! A desvastated move to both Dark and Steel.

And the first target of such move its a god. Ironic.

Effect: Cause 1 Damage. In the end of the round, target receive 1 damage.

In case Primal Dialga is sleeping and she was target by one of his attacks:

Effect: Only work in sleep targets. Half of the damage become heal.

Paula's Mega Transformation into some sort of Siren Queen TOTALLY catches him off guard, shock playing across his features as he nearly fell flat on his arse from surprise, were it not for the fact that his legs were sorta locked into place from fear by Giratina's appearances, oh gods onto the battlefield (Which some might consider a small blessing of the goddess in this situation) . He could also hardly believe that his BIG siren had just Mega Evolved just like that with zero prompting or difficutlies, as that implied not only did the Mega Stone he used originally as an ornament was her sub-species' exact Megaite ('What in Giratina's name are the chances of THAT!'), but that she held them in HIGH regard required to safely trigger the change, despite only knowing her for a short while. Just how on Earth is that possible, and at such a 'perfect' time for it too?

It was that thought that got Ran to fully refocus on the Fight, as he didn't want him or anyone else getting screwed over by his lapse in attention.....!

.....Until Kee announced his utterly insane and hairbrained scheme, which nearly set him off at the man for making such an insanely foolish decision for his partner until Giratina herself ('Wait, they're a WOMAN?!') 'voices' their approval, shutting him right up before he could even begin to speak and causing a wincing puckered expression to befall him. One does not contradict a Legend lightly Will lightly, especially not one with such a fierce-some reputation as The Renegade it - herself ('By spark and flint, that's a strange discovery....') .....

Then she 'talked' and commented on his internal panic over her appearance, which instantly makes the bottom of his stomach drop out a becoming a yawning pit of dull shock and horror as he realizes she could read his thoughts or SOUL. That caused him to become remarkably calm in a meek, 'please don't step on me' sort of way.

After seeing the first few frantic seconds of the Fight had gone extremely well, the bristly blacksmith's hope for him and his partners to actually win this fight and live we stroked, causing him to straighten up just a bit and appear a tiny more confidant. Giratina's combat dialogue also causes his eyebrows to raise in surprise, as its' 'tone' and wording were not what he was expecting out of her. 'Didn't take her to be so dramatic, but I suppose that'd fit with her depictions in the common Lore about her. *Remembers about her telepathy/soulepathy* ....Not to imply that is a bad thing, of course.'

When The Renegade Goddess gave their warning/slash command, he immediately nodded to it , while Paula slams the but of her Mega Trident imperiously and gearing herself up for the upcoming frenetic frenzy!

"You heard her, Paula! Still, see if ya can't sap Dialga Strength with your natural Charm before you lay into him with everything you got, 'cause it seems now - whenever that is - your in the best position to try and get one last debuff to stick on them ! I have ya back all the way, so don't you worry my lady!"

Kogeki's somewhat brazen disrespect towards Giratina causes Ran to wince/twitch , but he says nothing about it, least he call too much attention to it. He gives an approving grunt at Milotic's and Magnezone's entry into the battle, as he doesn't have much time to spare to shout encouragements to them - or anybody at all, for that matter!

Orders: To reiterate what I said in the Meta Thread: Charm, followed by either a Potion or Super Potion from Ran (Depending on if she gets anymore hurt past her 5/9 HP), then she'll go into Round and Draining Kiss, as Return ain't going to do peanuts to Dialga with their Defense and her low STR, even with Pixilate and her Mega Boost. That's all, so let the Final Battle continue...!

Taking the spot of Yurei is now a Pokemon that has been raised by the colorful musician since being an Egg, a Pokemon that has become his most-treasured and -trusted partner, a Pokemon that is one of the reasons Kee's been THE secret crush boy at his highschool, a Pokemon that he both received admiring and weird looks for: It's Octavia of course, and she's sent out into this legendary battle for answers with sparkling shiny-scales scattered all around in the most stylish way possible!

It is done. The Time Keeper has been defeated. Now watch as they regain their power.

Indeed, Dialga's metallic armor begins to change color before everyone's eyes. The plating on its body becomes a lighter shade of blue, the veins running through it becoming as blue as a cloudless sky. The gemstone on Dialga's chest slowly becomes the color of a dark blue sapphire.

Dialga's head rises slightly as it looks at everyone, its telepathic voice weak as it speaks.

R-run. Run...while you still can! The darkness...it's too powerful...

Suddenly, the crack of lightning sounds overhead, and everyone turns their eyes to the sky!

The dark aura that had left Dialga's body...it's lingering, creating a storm of incredible strength.

"...uh...isn't it supposed to have disappeared by now?"

Run! There's no time!

Dialga struggles to stand, but falls back to its knees as it does so. The darkness above swirls and swirls, as if seeking something...

Before anyone can react, it moves. It rushes back towards Dialga, attempting to seize control again!

Giratina suddenly vanishes, though, and reappears in front of Dialga! The shadows collide with them and turn into black lightning that crackles up and down the Renegade's body!

GAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHH!!! You heard him...run! Run for your lives! This place is not safe! I shall...redirect this...darkness...to somewhere it cannot interfere in this world's affairs...

And then Giratina vanishes into thin air, as if they were a shadow.

The spires of Spear Pillar begin to shake as the mountain trembles! Bright flashes of that rainbow colored light repeatedly accentuate the tremor's spikes, and everyone struggles to stay on their feet.

And the exit to the mountain reappears.

GO! NOW!

Lucas can hardly believe what just happened, but Dialga's desperate plea snaps him out of that stupor, though a grim frown remains on his face as he processes what the hell just happened.

"...you heard 'em. Let's get out of here. Come on!"

Lucas leads the way as everyone tries to find their feet, recalling their pokemon as they begin running towards the exit as fast as they can as the spires begin to collapse.

Dialga roars one last time as everyone flees in a bid to aid them, finally back in control of its powers.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-OOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Time slows down as the spires collapse one by one behind the group and the mountain trembles. Dialga struggles to stand, the exit edges closer and closer...

...and then a pillar ahead of the group begins to fall as Lucas passes it.

Lucas turns around, too late to warn them.

"Guys!"

Espeon leaps to protect his charge, and Rui's scream is the last thing everyone hears before everything goes dark.

When they did defeat Dialga, Kogeki and Nami was ecstacy! They all did it! They defeat a Legendary Pokemon! But then everything turn to shit again. Kogeki see the darkness ascend and try to hit Dialga again. When he see Giratina sacrifice herself to stop the darkness. "Giratina! Get back here! I still have quest-" But then Giratina disapear.

He lost. Again. The chance of he get the answers, and he lost it. However, he bared had time to better frustrate since they the place around them begin to crumble. Kogeki lost no time. Actually, he was the first one to leave behind Dialga and begin to run.

Hey, the Legendaries dont exatcly help him before when a place begin to crumble. Its doesnt because Giratina save them he gonna begin to care for Legendary species. Kogeki is more than happy to leave the mountain and leave Dialga be squashed with a entire mountain in its back.

"You heard the dragon people! Lets get out here! Besides, he is a god, so there is not need to feel pity on him. I know I wont. Good luck Dialga. You gonna need it." And Kogeki return Nami and begin to run away to the exit, waiting everyone to follow too.

And then he begin to run as fast as he can, just like the ninjas in Naruto where the way they run is running with the arms behind the back. But then he see the pillar fall right at them.

Kogeki had only a few seconds to see his life. But he had one last thing to think:

"Aotios. Mutios. You two will take the life of another Kurayami? Curse yo-"

And then the darkness fall...

Until he begin to awake, on a multicolored place. He look to his surroundings. "Wha-? What is this place? Is this heaven? Or the judgment place where my soul is be sent to hell?"

He then hear the voice. His fighting insticts trigger, and he look around, waiting another enemy. But then he remember something. He sigh in exasperation and take his sword back to his place.

"You know, when I though about the day of my death, I would not expecting the god I would see would be you. Maybe Aotios and Mutios."

He then look at the direction of the voice. "Nor I would expect to see the creator of everything that way. Isn't that right? Arceus?"

Bright, rainbow colored bursts of light pierces the darkness more frequently as Primal Dialga roars!

With one final roar, Dialga falls to one knee again, and the black aura begins leaking out of its body! The energy rises begins rising towards the dark sky above...

Giratina relaxes.

It is done. The Time Keeper has been defeated. Now watch as they regain their power.

Indeed, Dialga's metallic armor begins to change color before everyone's eyes. The plating on its body becomes a lighter shade of blue, the veins running through it becoming as blue as a cloudless sky. The gemstone on Dialga's chest slowly becomes the color of a dark blue sapphire.

Dialga's head rises slightly as it looks at everyone, its telepathic voice weak as it speaks.

R-run. Run...while you still can! The darkness...it's too powerful...

Suddenly, the crack of lightning sounds overhead, and everyone turns their eyes to the sky!

The dark aura that had left Dialga's body...it's lingering, creating a storm of incredible strength.

"...uh...isn't it supposed to have disappeared by now?"

Run! There's no time!

Dialga struggles to stand, but falls back to its knees as it does so. The darkness above swirls and swirls, as if seeking something...

Before anyone can react, it moves. It rushes back towards Dialga, attempting to seize control again!

Giratina suddenly vanishes, though, and reappears in front of Dialga! The shadows collide with them and turn into black lightning that crackles up and down the Renegade's body!

GAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHH!!! You heard him...run! Run for your lives! This place is not safe! I shall...redirect this...darkness...to somewhere it cannot interfere in this world's affairs...

And then Giratina vanishes into thin air, as if they were a shadow.

The spires of Spear Pillar begin to shake as the mountain trembles! Bright flashes of that rainbow colored light repeatedly accentuate the tremor's spikes, and everyone struggles to stay on their feet.

And the exit to the mountain reappears.

GO! NOW!

Lucas can hardly believe what just happened, but Dialga's desperate plea snaps him out of that stupor, though a grim frown remains on his face as he processes what the hell just happened.

"...you heard 'em. Let's get out of here. Come on!"

Lucas leads the way as everyone tries to find their feet, recalling their pokemon as they begin running towards the exit as fast as they can as the spires begin to collapse.

Dialga roars one last time as everyone flees in a bid to aid them, finally back in control of its powers.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-OOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Time slows down as the spires collapse one by one behind the group and the mountain trembles. Dialga struggles to stand, the exit edges closer and closer...

...and then a pillar ahead of the group begins to fall as Lucas passes it.

Right on top of the rest of the group.

Lucas turns around, too late to warn them.

"Guys!"

"Lucas!"
"AAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!"

Espeon leaps to protect his charge, and Rui's scream is the last thing everyone hears before everything goes dark.

...and then there's light.

Rainbow colored light.

Randolph, Karen, Kee, Kogeki, Scizor, Espeon, and Rui become aware of their surroundings and look around, seeing each other and nothing but an endless expanse of that multicolored illumination.

Where...where are they? And where's Lucas?

They don't have long to ponder that, as something shimmers in the distance.

It's unfocused, hazy. It's clearly large, but how large is hard to tell because there's no sense of depth or space in this odd place.

A voice beckons to everyone, coming seemingly from everywhere and nowhere simultaneously.

You who have called me, I have answered.

Those who dared climb the sacred mountain and gather the pieces of my scattered power, come. Come closer.

How does everyone react?

Ran can't help but let a big *SIGH* of relief at Giratina's apathy towards him, as it meant she/he/they/whatever they are weren't irritated enough with him to meet out some divine judgement on his tiny arse now. Maybe later when things calm down and if he manages to possibly offend her/he/them/whatever again, but for now he gets to live whole and uncursed! Praise be Giratina's mercy indeed!

Paula also relaxes just a bit at the Renegade's declaration, as that meant she wouldn't have to face off against her/him/them later to defend the life and wellbeing of her beloved and cherished trainer! Fairy Queen of the Seas she may be right now, but no mortal and unPlot Device Pokemon wants to face an angry Legend without a very good reason!

The bristly blacksmith was on the edge of the britches of his pants as the battle raged on, tightly clutching his hands until they almost started to bleed again as he watched with INTENSE wide - eyed focus, ready to react in an instant to any development. Unfortunately, even his urgent hyper-vigilence nor Giratina's warning could not prepare him nor Paula for the evil cacophony that would have utterly devastated EVERYONE, were it not for his lady's Lucky Chant seemingly swelling in volume to meet it head on and dampening its effectiveness! Good gods, he knew his BIG siren's magical singing was top notch, but for it to be that potent to resist the might of a Legend? Simply put, he was ever grateful that he managed to help bring out such magnificent strength out of her, and that she was willing to use it for his and everyone's shake!

Unfortunately though it was not enough to spare her from getting blasted into oblivion, nearly causing Ran to let out some worried swears that would make the sailors back in Canaclave blush were it not for something from Scizors bringing her back from the brink! That caused him to swivel and stare at the Mega Insect with stark surprise for a split second, before he calms himself and gives them an short but very grateful nod and turns back to the fight. They saved Paula from potentially becoming a microwaved fish patty, and rest assured he was not going to forget that!

Eventually, though, Karen's Magnezone manages to land the finishing blow on on the out of control Time Lord, Paula smiles brilliantly and raises her Mega Trident in triumph. They did it! They have defeated Dialga, and freed them from the grasp of the Shadows! Sinnoh is saved, and so is her Trainer! Yay yay, hip hip hooray! Randolph himself, however, only lets out a small *sigh* of relief and looks towards the sky in contemplation as things finally come to an end. At long last, this job was complete. The Tauros shit supernatural force that was plaguing Dialga was all beat up and about to be put away, and he can start to rest easy. He can go home now, after collecting his ENORMGOUS paycheck (for it better be) from that bastard Rowan and put all this behind him.

Except....

'...Why is the Darkness from Dialga and the storm they made not disappearing? Wait....oh Heatran no, don't tell me we haven't....!'

*DARK-ZAP!*

' F U C K !'

That is what Ran though as everything almost immediately went straight to hell one Giratina her/him/themself was assaulted by the Dark forces that once controlled The Time Lord, and everyone had to run before they were Ended by the space-time backlash resulting from their Fight. Fuck, fuck, fuck, he knew something like this could've happened, and yet there was not ANYTHING he could do about it now! Fuck fuck fuck FUCK!

Of course, his plans for escape were ruined by one of Spear Pillar's many....well, pillars falling on him and everyone else. He noticed it seconds before, and realized he could do nothing to prevent it from crushing the life out of him or everyone else in its shadow, so he simply just....accepted what happened with a grim sense of finality, and used his soon to be last breath to say this to shout this to Lucas:

"TELL BYRON I'M SORR- !"

*SMASH!*

And so ended the life and times of Randolph Schmidt.

............or so it seemed at first, until he found himself and everyone else crushed by the column in......some rainbow colored void, looking supremely confused. Is this....the afterlife? Was he going to meet his maker with everyone else now...?

It appeared to seem that way, for he soon heard a familiar omnipresent voice , beckoning him to come closer. Believing himself to be dead, and therefore having not having much to lose or worry about anymore, Randolph did as the voice requested and head towards that shimmer in the distance. It was the only thing here (wherever here was) to approach, so that's where he's heading to....whomever is calling him.

Aaaaaaand this battle with its legendary stuff-for-the-history-books status continues, it's looking and feeling incredibly satisfying for Kee to see his dearest faeeveelution REALLY giving HER VERY EVERYTHING into her strike against this corrupted Dialga. Even if it didn't manage to hurt said foe as much as the two hoped it would, what counts is the determination and feeling behind Octavia's attack! She roars and hisses sharply as she leaps out of the way to let her fellow fighters perform their actions.

She seems totally unafraid of Giratina also, but Scizors, that brave and heroic explorer, receives a highly concerned glance from Octavia as they get....frozen in time? Yes, THAT must be it, hold on big and steely insect, your rage and power still dwell within me, we'll get through this ALL TOGETHER1!!1!

....With the appearant final blow eventually delivered by dear Karen's Magnezone, Octavia lets out a loud roars of success that would match an alpha-Pyroar much more than the adorable fairy that she is, then outright quick-attacks directly into Kee's open arms: In this fleeting moment of success under Dialga's echoing roar, there's nothing the colorful and energetic punk-musician and his sparkling and adorable fairy-companion would want more than to share a close and tender hug with one another, a hug spoken words would only ruin.

There's no time to rejoice nor celebrate their victory however, as those flashes of rainbow-coloured light turn the dark area into the wet dream of every kandi raver; Kee and Octavia can't help but to only watch and stare at this happening in SHOCK, CONFUSION, partly FASCINATION, and of course in MASSIVE WORRY AND CONCERN - instinctively the faeeveelution and Kee hug one another harder, no recalling of her into her FriendBall: They'll endure and get through this TOGETHER.

And then too much happens in quick succession, that shadowy aura that plaqued the Time Lord leaves their body, then almost immediately strikes back, is absorbed by Giratina, tremours start to shake Spear Pillar up, Dialga themselves urges them to RUN, aids them in escaping even, Lucas' warning about one of the pillars crashing down on them all but him comes just a tiny moment too late: Expecting certain death either instantly or by the fatal injuries caused by that pillar, Kee just....

...SMILED. A grim one yet one that accepts this as THE END, in his last breath he yelled at Lucas "Make sure that mah Pokemon get a proper home with lotsa love 'n care!!" and pressed Octavia closer to him, she reciprocated, in their last moment they both only wished to hear and feel one another's heartbeat.

A felt eternity later, something blinded Kee and caught his attention, even though he kept his eye closed tightly. Lead by curiosity and anticipitation, he dared to open them: And there it was AGAIN, this strange rainbow-coloured light.

Octavia was there too, right in his arms, she fondly licked over his cheek.

There were also Randolph, Karen, Kogeki, Scizor, Rui and Espeon, they all are here, and Kee gives them all a rather puzzled look. "P...people...? Ya're here too..." Then he smiled again, he smiled at EVERYONE SINGLE ONE OF THEM, he looked...

...HAPPY. "This - THIS! - must be the afterlife, is it? Did w'all make it? Boooi, people, it's so.... so WONDERFUL that we're ALL gath'red t'gether here..." He sobs and has to wipe his eyes. Octavia wraps her ribbons around him gently.

And then a voice voming from everywhere and nowhere simultaneously asked them to come closer!

That was a breaking point for Kee, he looked around in frantic in hope to make out the source of the voice: He couldn't, but he felt certain that this voice meant no harm. Is it...the voice of The Creator, The Alpha, The Original One? Maybe, possibly?? If this is the afterlife and he's on his way into heaven...!!!

Not loosing any more time, Kee almost STORMED into direction of this shimmer in the distance, he's looking so full of hope and he's sobbing every now and then. "Mum, dad, ya're HERE somewhere, are ya?", he yelled, "It's me, Kee, yar only son, can we FINALLY be with one 'nother, do I NOT 'ave to walk the realm of tha livin' anymore bein' so inevitably SEPERATE from ya, do I FINALLY have a chance t' see ya? ....Gramps, ya must be here somewhere too, are ya? YUREI's with me, she's fine, she'll be SO happeh t'see ya 'gain....!!!" Following Kee eagerly via Quick Attack is Octavia, she leaves a small trail of shiny scales and fairy dust behind her.

(@Spiritmon, if Kogeki listens closely, he'll now understand that there's one thing that he and Kee have in common with one another.)

As everyone tries to figure out what happened, Rui attempts to check her pulse by feeling for it on her wrist.

She frowns sadly after a few minutes of trying.

"...nothing...so, I...we...really are..."

Everyone comes to terms with it in their own ways. Karen walks over to Rui and gives her a hug.

"...we'll...we'll figure it out...I'm not sure how, but...we will..."

Both are completely silent and on the verge of tears until that voice beckons to everyone to come forth (which is familiar to Randolph because he heard the same voice when he picked up the Azure Flute). Neither have any objections to finding out what that hazy form is, as they both have no idea what else they could possibly do in this situation.

As everyone walks forward, the haze begins to waver, and the form of a pokemon appears in front of everyone. While clear for all to see, its appearance is partially transparent, as if it isn't fully there. It's not as large as Dialga and Giratina were, but it's still easily twice the average human's height.

The tall apparition gazes down at everyone, both human and pokemon, and speaks.

Yes, it is I, the one your kind know as Arceus. The Alpha, The Original One, The Creator. That fact, you have correct.

However, I am sorry to say that this is not the afterlife. While you all did perish mere moments ago, this is not the next world.

Welcome to what some call the Hall of Origin. The beginning of all, and my domain. No mortal is allowed to set foot in its sacred halls without my permission and power. From its lofty height, the world can be seen in its entirety, and all realities are possible.

Unfortunately, due to recent events, my power has become scattered, and I have become weak and near powerless. Thus, the Hall of Origin has become a lonely, desolate dimension of shifting color and nothingness. A prison, one might say. It is only due to your efforts...and unfortunate and untimely demises...that I am able to speak to you now. It is morbid, but the times we exist in are grim indeed.

While you had to become spirits for this meeting to occur, you do not have to remain that way once our business is concluded. The Plates that you hold will restore enough of my power to briefly turn back time and alter reality. Offer them to me, listen to my request for all of you, and it shall be done if you so desire it.

Karen looks skeptical at first.

"...but...how are we supposed to do that if we're...if the plates aren't...here?"

Merely will it to happen, and it shall be so.

"...okay...well, I don't have anything to lose by trying, I guess."

Karen reaches into her bag, not expecting to find much.

Then she stops in place for a moment, a look of realization on her face.

"...wait a second...Espeon, you still had the plate I found when, uh...the pillar fell, right?"

Espeon blinks a few times in surprise, but nods.

...and then the Mind Plate suddenly appears in the feline's grasp! Espeon blinks in surprise again, but then hands it back to Karen.

Arceus nods approvingly.

Excellent. Bring it to me at once, if you would.

Karen walks forward and holds the Mind Plate out in front of her.

The pinkish slab then starts to glow, followed by zipping out of Karen's grip and towards Arceus of its own accord!

As it reaches Arceus, it transforms from its flatter, rectangular shape into something more comparable to a crystal that glows the same color as its previous form.

The Mind Plate then begins to orbit around the ring on Arceus's torso, and Arceus itself begins to change colors, its form now looking less hazy and transparent and more solid and real.

The Mind Plate, representation of the mind and the very essence of life itself. Emotion, Willpower, Knowledge...all are associated with this type. Without the Psychic type, there can be no life, no love, no hope, no spirit. Time itself also has ties to it, for the measurement of Time is nothing but a creation of the mind. Even the most strange and alien things bear these qualities. Truly, it is a type which encompasses many facets and aspects of life.

Now then, I believe you have three more Plates that you found during your journey. Bring them forth, and restore my power so that I may repay you in kind when we are finished here.
