I've managed to beat every trainer in the fifth gym except Tiko. Unfortunately for me, my two Water-types (Sponaree/34 and Folerog/30) are under-leveled compared to Tiko's birds; and my Mystery Gift Jerbolta has only reached 26th level. (Using Metalynx in a Fire gym is downright suicidal, so I locked him in the PC for now.) Is there a decent place (other than Baykal Forest itself) to train up my party so they're good enough to fight Tiko without getting torched? Please let me know!

Ive checked the surrounding routes and where you're at, the current best way to train your party is sadly still the rainforest, unless you don't mind battling level 27+ Sponee, Tricwe and Smore. I suppose someone could level them up to 38-40 for you if you really wanted.

Looks like I'll be doing a lot of commuting to stock up, then; those berry trees don't seem to grow back fast enough for the trading post. *sigh*

Online battling doesn't earn you exp, I intended for you to trade me your Folerog and Sponaree and then level them up myself.

I think the online ID is more important. Mine is 240155. What you could do is deposit a Pokémon to the GTS and ask for a Com Mon or other Pokémon (common Pokémon) in return and then put one of your Pokémon on the GTS so I can search for it and then do the same with the other.
