Err...I still don't recognize them? If or Ran should, can you PM me the details, so I can make any changes with my post if need be? If or Ran should, can you PM me the details, so I can make any changes with my post if need be? Nope, Randolph wouldn't recognize her. Nobody present would IC. OOC, someone might recognize her, though, which is why I made those changes. RE: [Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery - Dragonstrike - 01-30-2020 Here are the stats for Selkid and Delta Corphish, @Lord Windos and @Spiritmon. RE: [Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery - Dragonstrike - 01-30-2020 Holy Arceus, what a friggin' Round. Tough encounter? Just throw Windos at it! I'm sure it'll be fine! In all seriousness, that combination of Sing and Confuse Ray really saved your rear end. MVPs of the battle right there. Edit: Whoops, skipped an attack because so much was going on. Lemme fix that. Edit 2: Done. Gyarados now has 2/25 HP remaining. Easy pickings. RE: [Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery - Spiritmon - 01-30-2020 Whoohoo!!! Awesome round Windos! Beat that wanabee Dragon Gyarados! RE: [Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery - Lord Windos - 01-30-2020 (01-30-2020, 10:26 PM)Dragonstrike Wrote: Holy Arceus, what a friggin' Round. Hehehe, what can I say, but those are my specialty? No matter the adversity, I'll always find ways to prevail against against the odds! Or bar that, set it up so others may succeed me easily! Agreed! NEVER underestimate the power of Status, for it can be gloriously useful. If I seriously wanted to ruin this Gyarados's fun, I could have summoned Zorn, used a Max Potion on them, then gone with Glare to supplement Diam's Confuse Ray for a grand total of - 5 Accuracy on all of Gyarados' Rolls instead of Sleeping it. Good luck performing more than two Actions at most with - 1 - 2 Pain then and getting destroyed by a Sheer Force Life Orb Boosted Thunder Punch and Crunch, big guy! Ran's Pokemon may mostly consist of Mono-Evos, but don't go dissing their power! Status is one of the most powerful tools you can use against difficult opponents in Pokerole. Shame Zorn wanted to take a break, however (seriously, though, that was an IC choice primarily, not a 'GM knows everything' one)

Wouldn't have minded if it was the later was true, as I like having added Challenge to my Fights (when it isn't total BS or some sort of invincibility Plot Device). Got Selkid (who still needs to be named...) a magnificent first battle, and yet another showing of just why you don't mess with Diam, for she's a wily little devil! Gorsh, I love Pokerole's system allowing such feats to be possible! RE: [Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery - Lord Windos - 01-30-2020 Note: You don't have to come up with Stat Blocks for the Gyarados (or type them out), Dragonstrike. I ain't planning on using the ever for fairly obvious reasons, so you can save yourself the trouble of doing so! Besides, there are some data points that you might find...interesting. Plus, catching a pokemon is one of the few ways that you get to reeeeaaaaallllly analyze the design of some of the pokemon I create, and I'm happy to share! (provided you spend the resources and time to obtain those pokemon for yourself, of course)
