It just means Reiner CAN get revenge, and nobody would fault him for it. You don't go around constantly trolling your manager at work for practically no good reason, do you? Reiner would do something now, but there's more pressing concerns currently, fortunately for Arial.

You could be. Reiner will probably first warn Arial quite...passionately, though. Because nobody messes with Reiner Arendse. The only reason Arial will even get off with one final warning after this mess with the Vampire and Mina is over is because the man's been fairly useful despite being seemingly incompetent.
