RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - Spiritmon - 02-19-2021 Understood! A quick question, while Kogeki is holding a accessory or Item, is that item/accessory keeping a space in his inventory? RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - Dragonstrike - 02-19-2021 (02-19-2021, 02:08 PM)Spiritmon Wrote: Understood! A quick question, while Kogeki is holding a accessory or Item, is that item/accessory keeping a space in his inventory? For your convenience, no! RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - Lord Windos - 02-19-2021 (02-19-2021, 10:22 AM)Dragonstrike Wrote: Pyra dusts herself off as the Hippowdon was thoroughly cowed, a viscous and wicked grin painting her face as she watched in quickly burrowed away like the devil itself was coming to get him. It was extremely satisfying for the brimstone imp to be responsible for the 'killing blow' upon that great big sand beast, given its spirited attempts to make her life a living hell in their brief meeting, and made her feel that much more a helpful and good part of her team. Life was a bit of a mess for her, but it was moments like this that made everything feel so right. Now if only she could've draw blood and torn out its guts for its sheer rude impudence, but alas such punitive reprisals are out of her reach for now. Other than that, the only other thing to note about the battle was the little scare the fiery demoness' had at Kee's sonic Clash with the rudest hippo. Such explosiveness was quite rattling to experience, but it only take a few seconds for it to become captivating instead. Ah, ah, such destructive power, what amazing blowback and devastation! Oh how she wishes that she could repliacte such a feat all by herself! After the battle Pyra was in such a good mood that she was feeling frisky and playful, and so when Marcus congratulated everyone she could hardly help herself to a quick cuddle hug with the bone craftsmon! "Mm, indeed we have-did, Marcus the Great~ Glad for your request to us now, yes, for it is most liberating to destroy those that wish to make fools of themselves by going against us and make them cow. Hopefully we'll get the chance, to do this and much more-worse again and again and again, he he he~" What the party does will be left to Kee, as he's the defacto Leader and I don't want to overcomplicate his decision making (or make it take too long), so I'm ready to move on bar some friendly roleplaying! Then we can continue RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - no one - 02-20-2021 Daxter nearly had a heart attack when the Hippowdon aimed directly at him. "Gah, fuck! Why do they always aim at me?! Thanks, Kee. Really saved my scaly arse." "I'm ready to go when you are guys. Interested to see what else we can find around here. Let's go!" RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - PhantomUnderYourDesk - 02-20-2021 Ohohohohoho, and HOW the smol black 'n white Zigzgaoon yells!~~ Such an anger, such a hot temper for such a smol creature as dear and colorful Ziggy Kee. Neatly shows that there's a lot more within and about him that one would assume or expect, especially if only not having known his human-self and only being familiar with his Pokemon-self. ![]() "i Said StAHP HIDIn' 'nDergRoUnd, stAHp USin' Tha same TriCK 'gain, dOnTCHa DarE 'TtAckING MAh fELlow PEopLE liKe thAt!!!"
Quote:The Sandstorm stops raging. As the sandstorm tunes down, so does Ziggy Kee; being relieved from the situation being handled without anyone being seriously harmed as well as exhausted but content from this fight. He slumbs down on the spot, huffs, and then proceeds to clean some sand out of his fine fur, licking up the droplets of life dew in the process. Thanks to these, he's back at his full HP!~ Quote: The mentioning of 'ITEMS!' makes Kee snap his head into Marcus's direction and staaaare at him for a moment with his deep-red eyes sparkling in eager. He swaps the Oran Berry he has hidden on his person for the X-Ray Specs again and goes 'hmmmm' and 'uhmmmm' as he inspects the room they're currently in. "Humm well there, Marcus, I wouldn't mind 't all either, hehehe!~ Now that the sandstorm's not pesterin' us anymore, there's a lot less pressure now. (⌒▽⌒)☆ Makes it a good chunk easier t' battle an' c'llect loot!~~ Lets seeeee....." "...Can't climb that cliff here *Kee scratches and sniffs on it*, so how 'bout we'll return where we came from an' try a d'fferent direction?~ I can see loot havin' our name on it not far from here. (◕‿◕ )" [attachment=1164][attachment=1165] Basically, I wish to collect that Item south of us first, then aiming to battle more and collect the Items while searching for the Stairs. Will the Pokemon on the Map move too as we do like in the games or will the remain static? RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - Dragonstrike - 02-21-2021 "Hey, please give me a little personal space, Pyra! I'm glad you appreciate the compliment, but I'd like to be able to breathe!" "Maybe they're attacking you so often because they think you're some kind of threat, Daxter? Your Bubbles are pretty strong compared to most of the attacks the rest of us can use, after all." "I'd daresay that's likely the case. The smarter wild pokemon have some pretty focused survival instincts, after all. And taking out the strongest opponent first can be considered a good tactic in more organized groups. Let's keep that in mind as we continue. I doubt that Hippowdon is the last wild pokemon we're going to face in here." ------------------------------------------------------ As the group travels, Kee keeps a careful eye on the positions of the other pokemon in the dungeon. It doesn't appear that they're moving between locations, so it seems there's little worry right now of the group running into a nomadic pack. Heading to the tile to the bottom left of the starting tile reveals what appears to be another dead end, as the path seems to have collapsed. A rock slide bars the other end of the path on the new tile. Some of the rocks have also spilled into a large, deep hole in the ground that would be difficult to cross. The edges of the hole look rough, with many jagged rocks sticking out of the dirt the rock slide hasn't covered with much larger ones. It looks like you could climb up the larger rocks to reach the other side, but there's not a whole lot to climb towards there with the path blocked. [attachment=1166] Among all the rocks at the bottom of the hole, though, something appears to be glinting in the sunlight. The trick is going to be getting to the item. And then getting back out of the hole on the correct side afterwards. RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - Spiritmon - 02-21-2021 Kogeki see the dead end but also see the light coming from the top of the rocks. He analyze the situation and give his suggestion. "Looks like a climbing job. Kinds remind me about the time we are needed to grab a Apple from a tree when we arrive in the continent. Almost like years ago." "I could try to reach the top and see what is that light in the top, like a item or another passage. Maybe I could find a way to us head another way. Me or Kee, but he needs to stay here to guide the others. Less people less danger." RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - PhantomUnderYourDesk - 02-21-2021 Quote:Among all the rocks at the bottom of the hole, though, something appears to be glinting in the sunlight. Ziggy Kee boldly steps to the edge of the hole and STAAAAARES down into it with his deep-red eyes fixating that thing that glints.:*☆ at the bottom and his bushy tail wagging in excitement. The smol crittercoon has definitely found something of interest!!1 Before anything, he'll retrieve the large branch of a tree he packed in and uses it to poke/move the suspected Item, if he can reach it with the branch in the first place. If he CAN, the he'll try to retrieve it using the branch. If the branch is too short to reach the suspected Item, then Kee will at least poke the walls with these large jagged rocks to see if there's a danger of them breaking/to check how stable they are: Is it possible to climb down THESE rocks in particular to the bottom to reach the Item and then climbing out the same side you came from? What would the roll of this action look like? RE: [Game Thread] Pokerole Mystery Dungeon: Primal Shadows - Lord Windos - 02-21-2021 The lil' demoness doesn't want to let go of Marcus, as he felt surprisingly cuddly and she was in a huggy mood, but she does respects his wishes and releases him.....only to skip over to Kee and start hugging him instead until the group leaves the would be Ambush tile. Her feelings and desire for creature comforts would not be denied so easily, especially seeing as she was getting used to being Paralyzed for the first time - and probably for a long time at that, seeing as the group didn't have anything to cure it. Oh well, she'll deal with it! Besides that she sorta liked the staticky and tingling sensations from her Status, though she could do without the stiffness and sluggishness of movement [Speaking of which, how will Paralysis affect Tile Movement? I know Pain has an affect on Travel Speed, but what about Status that is literally supposed to lock someone down?] At the Hole, Pyra doesn't has anything to say or do other than keeping a healthy distance from the hole - she learnt her lesson about rocks and rough falls well and truly, thank you very much! Whatever Kee and Kogeki decide to do, however, she'll try to be helpful as she can, bar them doing something especially dangerous (in which case she'll be trying to cajole and beg them NOT to do such risky things). Bar anything else she'll be keeping an eye on her surroundings, trying to not let anymon get the drop on her friends again like that big bastard of a hippo. Watch duty was not her idea of a good time, much less something she was Skilled at, but someone has to do it, and it'll be her that does! |
