Brightpowder isn't a consumable held item.
Make sure you also note that particular bag is worth $10,000 because it's made of diamond dust. The remaining $10,000 you collected are from scattered diamond shards.

So in total I get 10.000 from the Shards. And if I want to sell the bag I can get another 10.000. is that correct Dragon?

If it's one thing and it wouldn't take an encounter, you can flashback to it.
Also, Aspido's Sitrus Berry has regrown at this point.

Awesome! And dont worry. It will not take a encounter.
Excelent too. But Aspido would not be very much useful at this. Dialga have double resistance against Grass moves. Stone Edge would not even Flinch. Earthquake could be hurt his feelings, but it could break everyones bones. He could change weather, but I dont think this would be do very much against the Time God.

Now that I take in my char sheet, Nami now have 5 of Loalty. It would be possible of Mega Evolve her?

Should I change Nami Held Item (Light Clay) for his Mega Stone?
Also Dragonstrike, what stats will increase from Nami in Mega Form?

You can indeed Mega Evolve her without issue now.
Mega Dramsama gets +2 Special and +1 Dexterity.
Speaking of Megas, for @Lord Windos, Mega Syrentide gets +2 Insight and +1 Special.

Preferably not because you can only mega-evolve one 'Mon per Encounter/Battle and I'd choose longer screens for everyone of us insted of one 'Mon being mega'd. It's up to you in the end though.
