Ah, I've been thinking about a good nickname for the blue bug, but couldn't think of a pleasurable one. So, nope.
Eevee's up on GTS, go and get it~ If you want a nickname on it, feel free to tell, and I'll take it back to rename. As well if there are issues of finding it.

@shademonkey just for your future reference, all the duplicats on Route 13 have no chance to get the move Transform as their levels are 30-32. If you want to use a duplicat to sketch yourself, try the Labyrinth (just in the cave RIGHT THERE). Their levels are 33-38 and they all have Transform.
