For a second @Dragonstrike I thogh you would choose to make her loose the memories, but I gladly that wasn't the right thing. I mean, not any of choices is good, but the first one to drug Mew is the least bad one. If you want some help about buy any of these drugs, Arial is willing to help too. After he see his brother die in his very eyes, Arial begin to be more human, and he can understand how it the difficult situation of someone you care be in such tupor...and he would simpatic with Mew situation if you explain him, since he was in some kind of similar situation before (psychic torture). He would help you if you explain the situation since you are his boss. But thats is your choice of course. I think the only one who really has any right to answer that is Mew herself, as this directly concerns her. Though by the time she can, the choice will have already been made, so... Sorry for not doing this sooner, but my computer was giving me some issues! Give me a few minutes, and I'll have a detailed list for each! Besides, its the least thing Arial need to pay Reiner. Because Reiner help his ass some good times, so he is in debt with him. RE: [Meta thread] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure : Celadon City Vandels - Lord Windos - 03-29-2018 Cocaine Choice Positives: -Its the fastest way to detraumatize Mew, as it will take effect almost immediately after the drug is administered -Doesn't share the downsides of Sociopathic and Memory Delete Choice -Relatively easy to obtain Cocaine from The Merchant or any Drug Dealer for between $250 - $1000 Poke (Depends on Dealer, Quality of Cocaine, and Market Demand) to keep Mew stable. Higher Quality of Cocaine = Sastifys more doses per unit; Easier to please and keep Mew happy -She's immune to the Effect of being put to Sleep or Poisoned/Badly Poisoned in battle -Has + 1 DEX and Initiative so long as she's an Addict -Prevents Mew from dealing with negative stuff for more than a moment, and keeps her in a state of high energy and happiness : ) Downsides: -Mew will become Re-Addicted to Cocaine, which means that if she doesn't receive a minimum of 1 Use of Coke per day, she'll quickly enter Withdrawl, which is mechanically like she have been initially - 1 to all Attributes and having - 1 Pain in THE BEGINNING and will grow exponentially worse the longer she doesn't get it, she'll gradually become less Happy as time goes by, and she'll grow increasingly erratic, angry, and unstable -Everytime she takes a dose of Cocaine after the first one, I will roll 3D6 Dice, and if a 6 comes up she'll need another dose on top of the one she took, and the next time she needs a dose it will be 1 + N , with N being the amount of Increase Rolls that comes up since the first dose -At the beginning of each day I will roll a 1D6, and if its lands on a 6 she'll need another dose on top of what she's already taking to not go into withdrawl, and everyday the roll does not succeed I lax the required number to trigger in Increase in dose she needs per day; EX: Day 2 would trigger a increase with a (5) or (6), Day 3 (4), (5), or (6), and so one until by Day 6 she just automatically gains it -Everytime she takes a dose of Cocaine or something triggers hers, I roll a 1D12 to determine what she does in response. You won't know what she does until it happens, if anything, and I change the list per in game day to prevent you from keeping tracking of what number corresponds to what. Things rolled ranges from 'Nothing at all' to 'Interesting' (Both Good and in the Chinese Sense of the word) -She FAR more wild and cooky in regards to her baseline behavior as an Addict, and her sense of reasoning is going to be reasonably impared or altered as a result -She Automatically and Permenantly Drugged in battles, and can be easily Confused and Extremely Confused, even in non traditional ways -She loses STAB of her Psychic Attacks due to being THAT mentally impared by Cocaine, and any effects the Psychic moves have are eliminated -Amensia does not increase Defense, but instead actually makes her forget her Orders for a Round, or the most recent event. Reiner will not know this until he orders Mew to use the it, however, so.... -Prevents Mew from dealing with negative stuff for more than a moment, and keeps her in a state of high energy and happiness : ) Sociopathic Choice Positives: - Is the middle ground option in time between Cocaine and Memory Delete Choice, only taking half a day to accomplish -Does not have downsides of Memory Delete and Cocaine, nor does it cost Poke to maintain -Mew's Knowledge will 6 for all Rolls that involve her using that Skill/Attribute -Can not be Flitched, Encored, Taunted, Tormented, or Emotionally Effected -Psychic Attacks have Double STAB, and their effects are Amplified -Gain 1 XP per Encounter/Battle, + 2 XP if she participates in it in some way 'important' Downsides: -Effectively has - 5 Empathy to all people/beings except Reiner, Lilith, Arial, and Clair, which instead she has 0-1 -Negative Empathy = She's more likely to kill or do something horrible if its whim, logical and/or benefical and if she can get away with it if not convinced otherwise, which will require a Loyalty Roll -Completely Emotionless vast majority of time; only feels on average the following: Selfishness, Desire to Survive and Improve oneself, Curiosity, Interest, Boardom, Emptiness, Calmness, Contempt, Approval, Disapproval, Stubborness -Has 0 Happiness until she regains emotions, and become akin to Metagross in personality and decision making: highly logical and survival based -Loyalty reduced 3, and will have a Disobedience of 5, which is to making her into a Sociopath and her personality shift; Risuko Berries will be completely uneffective on her, but Reiner will not know this until he uses at least one on her -Amensia will not work for Mew whatsoever, as she too logical to simply forgot stuff and clear her head -If you make a choice she finds wanting or thinks she has a better plan, a Loyalty Roll will be rolled to see what the outcome of that conflict will be -All Drugs will affect her much more severely, if not outright Super Badly Poison her; If Revived make a Loyalty Roll to determine if she rejoin Battle, and if failed you can reroll Loyalty once per Round of combat unless she's the only one left, in which case you must Flee with her Memory Delete Choice Positives: -Has none of the downsides of Cocaine and Sociopathic Choices, nor cost Poke to maintain -Will leave no lasting negative mental effects on Mew, unless you choose to tell her the true reason behind her memory loss -She's immune to Disable, Confusion, Extreme Confusion, Critical Hits and Auto Blocks Memento for herself AND Reiner; will never kill someone unless its on purpose -Regain the ability to act as a Move Tutor and Deleter (You/Target gains XP = XP Cost Move you Deleted; Ranks dictate what Moves you can delete) (Starts of With Rank 1 of both, can spend her XP to increase it like any other Speciality) -Amensia is upgraded to either Amensia EX OR Delta, which increase Strength and Defense by 2 and grants the user Unaware (Mod: Ignore Surprises! except Move Based Ones and HP ones, Ignore Positive Attribute Modification (Except Mega Evo) and almost ANY Beneficial Effects on opponent, which include Item, Ability, Move, Other) respectively - + 1 Will Independent of Reiner's, and can gain Will independently from him now Downsides: -Takes a Full Day for the Memory Delete Choice to be completed - All XP that Mew currently has is reduced to -10 - She will Perma Forget the move Me First! and Dazzling Gleam (Due to association with Trauma), and a 1D8 Will be rolled to determine the amount of other Moves that will be forgotten; Level up moves forgotten cost + 10 XP to relearn; the only move that can't be forgotten this way is Amensia EX OR Delta (ironically) and her 0 XP moves - A 1D4 will be rolled to determine if Mew loses Attribute, Skill, Both, or Other (1,2,3,and 4 on the dice respectively); 1D4 will be rolled for Attributes and Skills, with a (4) on Skill reducing an Speciality instead; an 100 XP 'Surprise' can be bought to nullify this Downside -Surprises! for Mew now cost 25% more, unless a downside is taken along, which will be worse than it would be in exchange; an 100 XP 'Surprise' can be bought to nullify this Downside -Can't use Gems or Gem/Crystal/Glass Based Items, due to Trauma Associated with Ultra Beast Gem; an 100 XP 'Surprise' can be bought to nullify this Downside -Gains Fear: Giratina and Followers, which causes her to act irrationally and scared around the Goddess of the Underworld or even at her mere mention/influence; Can only be removed by a Plot Device Event -Can suffer effects of Spite and Grudge, as well as any negative Willpoint effects; Can't be removed period Essentially, Each Solution has its own slew of positive and negative traits ( I added the positive in so that it makes them all 'more viable' to choose), but more negative than positive. Going Cocaine Choice gives you a flighty addict that needs to be managed 24/7 unless you WANT her to suffer/make you suffer, Sociopathic Mew gives you a stronger and smart/quick learner that essentially IS sociopathic to most plus stubborn as a mule, and Memory Delete Mew gives her a slew of useful new abilities and no form of Insanity at the cost of losing a fuckton and gaining several unsavory qualities to boot. Review over each Choice now, and then decide which one you want to pick, Dragonstrike! There's a (vague/loose) timeframe for the other two, so it'd be good to know that for the first option as well.
