I already got a box worth of HA Chimcals, with the potentail to breed either Hidden Power Grass or Electric on them. If you still want my Luxi, though, you can have it. Just send me an offer through a PM, and I'll get to it as soon as possible~

You're aware that Chimical can't learn Toxic Spikes via breeding, are you?
There: Jolly nature, HA, Venoshock and Bite and (do forgive me) 4IV. While I was lucky on getting tons of female HA, the IV were quite cruel to me this time...
EDIT: Got better ones than the upper meanwhile.
