If you want, i would spend some of my mons with you. I have some Orchyns, Minicorns and Volchiks with 5Ivs.

Ooh... um... actually, all three of those sound appealing.  And I'm guessing, considering you mentioned being from Brazil, that your 'mons would be FRN for me...? *pictures the possibility of adding a shiny Yatagaryu and Metalynx to my team*

I can't trade right now, but if I'm online tomorrow (depends on if I have stuff to do to justify a trip out) I'll let you know and maybe we can work something out!

BTW, random off-topic... does Masuda still work if both parents are FRN as long as they come from different areas (for example, me in the USA breeding one from Brazil and one from Germany)?  Or does it have to be one FRN and one not for it to work?

Its work of the same way. Its help if you have a Shiny charm when registered 192 in you pokedex and talk to professor Bamboo. I have until now 175.

Good to know.  No Shiny Charm for me yet -- not quite to the end of the game (I'm now officially stalling for time before heading to Zeta to see if there'll be an update soon that'll fix my character's Hazard Suit sprite), so Masuda is probably my best bet right now at getting a shiny.  I've got a line on a FRN Orchynx already, but it won't hurt to have options. Smile

Also... I know it's actually Professor Bamb'o, but your misspelling actually makes better sense as far as fitting the classic name-the-professor-after-a-tree theme... even though I know bamboo is technically a grass, not a tree... Rolleyes  Wonder if that was the original inspiration for his name?

Perhaps yes. I ever prefer to call him professor Bamboo. So good luck in Plant Zeta! Ah one thing: Train your team very much. Curie is very powerfull. I recommend you have a team with 80+ level pokemon to survive.  And dont forget to caught very nuclear pokemons, including the Xenogen.

80+ isn't really necessary. More like around 65 to get through it easily.

RE: The Great Wonder Trade Extravaganza Sequel! - EeveeBailey - 11-02-2016

Yeah, the lowest level on my team right now is Level 66.  Highest is 68 just from fighting in some random wild encounters on Route 9 to spread Pokerus to my hatchlings.  I'm sure I'll be pushing 70+ by the time I make it through the Hazard Zone, maybe even 75 if the spawn rate in Zeta is anything like it was in Epsilon.

In the meantime however, I'll see what I can breed for the WT event (if I manage to make it, anyway).

If you still have the Shiny Jerbolt you use him to breed, since he have 6Ivs perfect. To help you, read this:

This will help you.

Thanks -- I actually have that breeding guide downloaded to my laptop so I can refer to it when I'm offline.  Very useful! Tongue

My MG Jerbolta was actually a female -- bad luck for my breeding aspirations!  I actually managed to get a 5IV* male out of her that I can use as a father (still haven't managed that elusive 6th 31, but 30 isn't bad), and have a 6IV male Eevee to boot from my later aspirations (a lucky 1% chance to get him, as I later found out).  The side-effect being a couple boxes of Jerboltas that I need to give away... Confused

RE: The Great Wonder Trade Extravaganza Sequel! - PhantomUnderYourDesk - 11-02-2016

@Spiritmon

You do know that everyone who even dares to call themself a breeder in ANY CASE is supposed to read that guide to death, and read it again and again after knowing every single word by rote if waken up at 4am, suffering headache and whatelse, while there's a thunderstorm outside and the roof threatens to crash? Trying to share it to someone who seems to know what they're doing is hell of unnecessary...

@all, that's also not the thread's purpose!!!!!
