Since Spiritmon has turned in due to College exhaustion, I'm just going ahead with his orders, roll out the Round, and have him coordinate with Reiner in the most optimal/least likely to be screwed over way possible. I think what he has right now is good enough, so on with the show!

Pretty much, since they blunted the worst of what the Nuclear Bats could do. Wasn't that bad of an Encounter when you put a lot of planning into overcoming it, eh?
Yeah, he was having a blast petrifying his foes with gelid coldness!
Also, one more thing to note about the aftermath of the Battle: Frosslad doesn't detransform into its base Form. From what Reiner can guess, the latent Nuclear Energy and the Radiation in its body is sustaining his Mega Evolution beyond normal time limits, perhaps indefinitely so while in the NRF. Of course, this means that you can't Mega Evolve other Pokémon penalty free since Frosslad is currently your perma Mega.

Side note, btw: What kind of interaction does Refrigerate have with Electric Terrain? Because that's a thing that could have just happened.

And another point: because HW is not SE, the flak jacket's -1 damage kicked in, so Reiner actually took 0 damage in that battle.
Every point of HP counts.

Same interaction with Hail, which is as follows: For Ground Bound Foes, All Weakness of Electricity Moves is amplified, Steel becomes weak to Electric/Loses its resistence towards Ice (If not nullified by another Ability), Ground loses its Immunity and only becomes Resistant, and Grass and Electric loses its Resistance. Ice types gain + 1 DEX and Initiative while this Terrain combo is in effect. Colder a material is, the less resistence it has towards Electric charges passing through it!

Also Note about that: Due to wearing the Arbok Flak Jacket, Reiner would actually take DOUBLE RADS without the Face Cameo on, and suffer + 1 SE Damage (Which bypasses the - 1 Damage Resistance) on top of whatever other Damage was dealt by a Nuclear Move. It provides more Defense, but having that gear on could prove more of a liability in the long run than not, so I might as well warn you about that now than spring it on you when a Nucmon decides to target Reiner's arse for microwaving....

Hmmm...might have been a good detail to ask about before I typed out orders, but ah well. Everything worked out, so all's well, I suppose.
