Its a question more direct to Windos and not Zuryk. Thats why I taking the change to enjoy as much time I can with Arial since I will not be able to post anything more. She does, but so too do the Evolutionary Increase of XP price on her natural learnest Moves. She's naturally OP, so acquiring New Moves for her is a bit tougher than average.
