She does, but so too do the Evolutionary Increase of XP price on her natural learnest Moves. She's naturally OP, so acquiring New Moves for her is a bit tougher than average.

Overall, I find Kingdra's epiphany and resolve to be a better, more controlled Dragon Queen to be incredibly touching and epic. Finally, she's realized and obtained the true potential that has always been within her, but just out of reach...

Shame that Hope had to steal her thunder, and almost literally at that. Can't really blame the Legendary chick for that, though (or at least not fairly so).

Only thing I would recommend as of now is trying to establish what a character is doing or what is/is not happening in the background while they are talking/doing stuff. Stuff like how a character is moving their body about as they speak, or describing the general mood of the characters/situation in a less personal fashion. Internal thoughts and great dialogue is all good, but having those kinds of interludes can spice things up and prevent those other aspects of writing from becoming to monotonous. Just don't get into the habit of overwritting them, like me!

Good thing Thunder EX and Hurricane EX do +1 damage regardless of type while Typhoon Weather is active, I guess?

I also realized that as she is currently, Hope has exactly 0 easily exploitable weaknesses while Typhoon Weather is active.  Her Flying type makes her immune to Ground, and the MACs nullify all of her existing weaknesses, leaving only resistances and immunities.  That won't be the case when she's a Legendary Yatagaryu, obviously, as Dragon is still weak to Ice, Dragon, and Fairy, but that's still pretty dang impressive, having so few exploitable weaknesses.
