I believe he means possibly drawing some art that would make people want to joing the forum in exchange for some money (or hugs.). For example: lets saaay a bunch of trainers chilling in a nice calm room with their laptops/phones open on te forum while their smol starters are sleeping

I was thinking more along the lines of hiring professional level artist to draw artwork specifically for Uranium and the forums to draw attention, then either hold contests or tournaments to see who would win a commission from them (Paid by someone else, not the winner, obviously). Creative Pokémon and Pokémon fans will be drawn in by the art, and are more likely to stick around and make their own works themselves!

Another things that might breath more life is the game being completely updated and fleshed out, and being advertised as the 'Enriched Uranium' version, like what the did with the mainstream Pokémon remakes. Given that is a long time coming on that front, its going to take awhile before we see anything like that happening!

Welp, I am no professional art-student, but I'd still be up to that, I guess... There are artists on the internet with amazing drawing styles who accept requests and draw what you tell/show them and I should be able to reach to them with a little further digging, but their work is anything else than cheap. I personally do requests that sound doable for me for free, at least for now.
