Vernon isn't sure if he should be laughing out loud or not.
He also brings out, of all things, an old receipt for Gourmet Food from the local Pastoria City Pokemart. Vernon seems to treat this random item very fondly. He flips it over and folds it so that an ancient character (drawn on the back) for "calm" is facing outward, and places it in his breast pocket.
Vernon immediately gets a text from Seddi.
A Misdreavus with teeth? Are you absolutely certain you saw something like that?? Did it have long, flowing tufts of 'hair'???
Assuming Vernon confirms, Seddi will send another message.
Stay inside until daybreak. That Ghost is incredibly dangerous if provoked. Will elaborate tomorrow.

For the Record - Vernon was not supposed to remember his Encounter with the weird Misdrevious (hence the crossed out text) . However, I can see a wandering monk like him managing to do so through sheer Fortune and the unique nature of his Soul, so what he sent is still ‘canon’ .
Further details are murky to recall, but Vern does confirms Seddi’s inquiries, much to the cowboys no small amount of pure dread . They also would say that the Ghost seemed more…playful than anything - though it was the kind of ‘play’ that reminded him of a certain Lady…

Day 3
Today’s forecast is Overcast - now Bayhama is in pale like the overall mood.
Lockdown : This has been explained at Length already, but the gist - Most shops, activities bar relief work, and Random activities have been suspended. As a consequence crime is on the rise, Trainers are antsy for SOMETHING to do, and more Wild Mons are out and about with the foot traffic significantly lightened. Seddi and Bern can pretty much ignore LD, Ianai is still busy, and Sylvia can easily slip under the radar or flex their powers to get where she wants to be. The rest of the PCs will have to work out how to deal with LD.
Reminder: Department Store and Survival Center still open; the later is ready for the group tour planned and rescheduled earlier. Ianai postponed the Test this Day tonight, a little grump and upset at the delay, and not too happy she has more time to plan for it either.
@Dragonstrike. Sada shares the news of comma/trade being cut ASAP, not pleased at all. News about all the Paradoxes is sure to interest her, however.
@PhantomUnderYourDesk You will wake up with 1 Will Total - Zephy is also nowhere to be seen, though you feel they are in the kitchen.

Music - Overcast Morning
When the morning lightens enough to see by, Sylvia is loafing in the window of the mons’ room, staring out at the city. The sunlight isn’t strong enough to reach though the clouds, and her thoughts are similarly obscured - she emits only a gentle humm as she contemplates the day to come.
There’s a rustle from the shadows of the room, and she turns her head to see Murkrow approaching gently.
“Crow… mur *clack clack*”
(You get up early.)
Sylvia slowly turns back towards the window before answering.

Her hum fades out before she speaks.
“Espeon. Esp peon esp.”
(I like the sun. Murkrow, I have an offer to make.)
Sylvia lifts herself off the windowsill and moves to the floor in one smooth motions, turning her head towards her bag. Her gem lights up and the Murkrow watches curiously as a pokeball floats up between the pair. Sylvia lets it rest on the ground between them.
“Esp… espeon peon peon espeon. Espeon, esp peon esp - espeon esp. Peon peon.”
(Murkrow… I would like to offer you a pokeball. I understand it’s a bit odd, but it’s mostly for convenience - and I’m not going to force you. I’ve had partners decline many times.)

@Dragonstrike : Since you never specified if you wanted to set up Introductions with Kusanagi later or let the Afterlife do it, I'm going to default to the later in the interest of both time (In game and IRL) and to see that scene.

*Flashback!*
Deciding now that is as good as a time as any to get to know your latest acquisition, you let the bartender know to get started on setting up the meeting between you and Kusanagi.
"Alright. Give us a 'bout thirty minutes to get everything straightened out. Ain't going to repeat myself; you're a sharp man, and don't need your hand held. Still, better nail your First Impression or its Tough going all the way down. *Hmphs* Knowing her she going to make things Tough regardless, *Smirks* so you got your work CUT out for ya, heh."
The bartender then proceeds to type some more stuff into her wrist computer before turning it off and going back to serving the other customer - everything is set in motion, and you're hardly the only person she needs to work with tonight. Eventually one of the Staff and a Pangoro approach, acting as a escort as they lead you past the dance floors, arenas, and public lounge/hang out areas to a room that is several hallways, turns, and flights of stairs deep within the club. The person knocks on the door with the back of his fist before they and their bear partner step aside to flank it, leaving the way clear.
Showtime, cowboy.
However you choose to make your entrance, you are greeted to a room decorate in the old traditional Tohjo style. Tasteful art scrolls adore the the rice panel walling of the room, a few lightly fragrant pots of incense were burning around the corners, and their was a picture perfect tea table right smack dab in the center, complete with kotatsu and elegant royal blue drapes along the edges. The lighting was dim, almost to the point of near total Darkness, with only the smoldering red of the incense and a single flickering candle providing a dull illumination.
Behind that table and facing entraneway, was Kusanagi. With it being so Dark you can't make out many details about her easily (A Roll and what you're looking for would be required), but squinting you could see that they were sitting on their haunches, the lower half of their body swallowed up by the table and the rest shrouded in gloom. Their was a large bottle of....something by the candle, a saucer on the side facing the door, and that the otter was holding a saucer in one paw. You could faintly make out them rolling it about in before pulling it closer and...drinking from it, you think.
It is quiet; the *Click* of the door shutting resonating loudly, and then only the sound of her deep, slow breaths afterwards.

You can't get a read on them (Stupid Dark Typing!), but their body language doesn't show any disdain with your offer. If anything them seem curious and baffled.

Aaron waves you farewell, telling you to keep in contact and to call/Alert him or the others if something big comes up!
Since Random Encounters are disabled (of the Fortune/Stumbling Onto a One Off Instance of Something Random Kind), I'll let this be an Exploration Encounter, where you Character picks a random part of Bayhama to comb for anything interesting!

(1) The Commercial Sector! Stores should be closed and it being so urban makes it unlikely you'll find any particularly interesting Mons, but who knows what you'll find?

A tall bird Mon is dancing in a small circular garden area, garbed in Strange clothing and singing a melodious tune. What few people around didn't seem to notice it too...
2. Small Shopping Bag
Difficutly: None
Abandoned or lost, and ripe for the taking.
3. Injured Man
Difficulty: Hard
A Trainer decked out in a Hiker-esqe outfit is rushing off, holding one bloodied arm by his side. If not taken, this Encounter will not be available later.
Any Encounter not taken has a chance of disappearing or changing in the Next Time Slot, or is guaranteed to do either if you leave the Area you are in and come back later (possibly adding more Encounters too to the Area or otherwise). If others go to the Commercial Sector/A Given Area within the same Time Period they can choose from the available Encounter List for the Area.
Optionally, you can choose to try to find a Bird, Rat, Bug, or 'Vermin' / Urban Pokemon , though they will be terribly common unless one turns out to be not by chance, or try to do something in the Commercial Area (no guarantees what you are attempting will work, especially in LD conditions or if the situation isn't conducive for it).

FYI : Any PC can visit a Center or try to find a place where Trainers would hang out to request/search for a Battle , Trade , Meet Up, etc. Usually a detailed request of what you're looking for is good enough[/b], but you can also do the following to narrow down what you can get:
- Offer a Bid in Poke, Items, Resources, etc. in order to Entice certain Trainers ; typically Higher Big = More Serious Challenge or Offer
- Difficulty Paramters: Encounters go on a Difficulty Scale typically from N/A - Trival - Easy - Moderate - Hard - Tough - Brutal . 'Deadly' and 'Unusual' are also options, though not for the faint of heart or those looking for 'expected' outcomes.
- Purpose: What are you hoping to get out of a Trainer Encounter?
- Service or Request Service: What do you want to do for others or offer / What do you want from others or receive?
For Searching for Wild Pokemon, you can either do a Exploration Encounter: Pokemon Focused to see if you can stumble onto one in a part of the City / Sub-section of a City, [or do a Dedicated Hunt / Search for Pokemon (usually only offered 1 or 2 choices - see Akamu's Hunt for an example of how this works!) . The former guarantees at least 1-2 of the Encounters listed will be a Pokemon in addition to other stuff, while the later doesn't always guarantee you'll find anything special (or at all, if you're regularly unlucky) or could lead you into a Encounter you're not quite equipped to handle if you're Strangely unlucky...
Finally, you can find Volunteer work with the Police or Independent Patrols / Groups to help try to keep a lid of things and get everything back to a more 'regular' kind of chaotic for the capital city of Sutalor. Either you'll be provided one straight up, you'll find one based on what kind of work you want to do, or you can select them from a list of jobs or Encounters you can find in parts of the City . For the last, you need to find a place that would act as a nexus for such Volunteer/Work opportunities, or do an Exploration Encounter and hope you find a opportunity to help others - for now, their is no way to 'guarantee' you'll find a one in Exploration.

Oz awake the next not very good. Yesterday was pretty rough, and today she feel like pretty much weak.
She stand up from her bed, clean her teeth, and then make sure Fortuna was very well brushed.
While brushing her feathers, Oz try to think what to do today. She see most of the places is not open, and there isn't a lot of places to go now.
She then check her phone, and while browsing the names of people, she see one who make her feel uneasy. Bernard. She feel kind of scare around Bern, and his…Status as a Scimitar make her feel scary of him. But…he also risk himself by changing the attention of Morgana, and clearly try to save everyone. He is not a bad person…
“Should I…Call him? Hmm…One way or another we will see each other. Specially since we gonna fight the Malefic Monstrum. But can I trust him?”
Oz debate for a while until she decided to trust in her instincts. As much she probably taking a risk, she must trust in her. So she decided to send him a message.
Good day Mr Bernard. How you doing? It’s me, Oz! I know we didn't had time to…talk since we first met. These two days I was…busy without time to properly talk to everyone.
Also…I didn't had time to thank you. You saving everyone from Morgana by taking her attention to you was a act of bravery. I confess I was…scary she would do something horrible to us all. I don't know what would kill me first: Her or a heart attack. You have my gratitude Mr Bernard.
At this of the message Oz had no idea what to say more. She looks at her sisters, who at this time was in her bed, looking at the screen of Oz cellphone. Fortuna was probably not liking Oz having a interaction with someone they shouldn't interact. Hecate probably have mix feelings about it. And Persephone…well, she probably just enjoying this complicated situation I guess.
“I know Fortuna you don't like it. But one way or another we will have to interact with Bernard. And considering we have to fight a Malefic Monstrum, we need to know our allies better. And…well…”
Oz looks at Hecate, and a idea came to her mind.
Say, Mr Bernard. Do you by chance have something to do today? With most shops closed today and other services unavailable, I pretty much have nothing much to do. And…well…I heard Scimitars really like exotic or unique Pokemon. One of my Pokemon, Hecate, is a Hatterene. And well, she is pretty strong, but she still learning about spells and others things. Specially since you looks like someone with a vast knowledge of spellcasting. And maybe if we find some place we could…Maybe find some place to drink a tea or other type of food? I know most places are currently closed, but we could try to find some place. I…could even try to make some tea or coffee if you are more of a coffee person. What you say?
