RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - TheGengarKing - 10-30-2016 I missed this and i,m still doing my Evil Theme Gym Team from the last forum ;3 RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - Spiritmon - 10-30-2016 This idea about league sure looks interesting and very cool. Not now. Just need have a better team prepared to the this League. Is there a time limit to participate in this League? RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - Pokemonerd25 - 10-30-2016 No, you can apply for it whenever you want I believe. I'm done with my team by the way, when can I get it tested? I forgot about your team TheGengarKing. Glad to see you are still interested. Sorry things got scrambled when the forum crashed. Is there a time limit to participate in this League? No not really. The League should exist indefinitely. Barring acts of God, or unexpected forum crashes ect...haha. The League challenge itself also has no time limit per say, unless we find reason to implement one. Your gym wins will stay on record, or at least they should. Thats why we have the League spreadsheet. (10-30-2016, 09:24 AM)Pokemonerd25 Wrote: No, you can apply for it whenever you want I believe. I'm done with my team by the way, when can I get it tested? We can test soon. I'm going to try to test Crulla's gym tonight around 10pm or so EST. Assuming I remember. -Key RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - CrazyDragon - 10-30-2016 So, how exactly does one become a gym leader? RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - Pokemonerd25 - 10-30-2016 Suggest a type, types or a theme to base your gym off of and say which pokémon you'd use, then Key will answer on if it's a decent idea and if it's already been taken. If Key gives it the pass, you're free to start building the team and test if when you're done. Please read the rules on page 1 of the League Thread. After that, you need to create a team of 6 pokemon. No duplicate pokemon. basic and evolutions allowed. Ivs allowed. held items allowed. Lanthan Actan, Urayne are banned per League consensus. Ideas must not cross over too much with someone else's gym. You must pick an average range for your team, and a suggested challenger level that falls within a reasonable range for your gym average. For example, if I have a team consisting only of level 10 pokemon, it stands to reason that your challenger should also have a team of only level 10 pokemon. ect. ect. There are three types of gyms: type gyms (almost or all pokemon of a single type, multi-type gyms (a 3-4 4-2 ration of two types of pokemon,) and theme gyms (such as Eeveelutions theme.) You cannot be confirmed until you have gone through a testing phase with an active League member. And also have completed several administrative tasks that are necessary for League function. Once we have signed off on both your idea and your test/admin phases, then you may be confirmed as a gym leader by League consensus or by a League member. Any other questions, fill free to ask me, or see page one. RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - keybrdkid09 - 11-02-2016 sorry crulla. I overslept a bit and completely forgot you wanted to test today. I am still here for a bit so if you wan to test now, go ahead and find me on Discord like you have been doing. Same for Pokemonerd25. -Key RE: The New Tandor Casual League 2.0 - keybrdkid09 - 11-02-2016 I'm going to tentatively go ahead and give Crulla approval as a Gym Leader, and Crulla's Sewer Theme gym conditional approval pending a complete 6 on 6 battle at our leisure. We held a testing session this morning, and after a few battle glitches we managed to get through about two thirds of a full 6 on 6 double battle. This was interesting because we have never had an approved gym use the double battle format before. Maybe an Elite four member chose that at one point as their special rule. But since no one ever made the Elite Four level in the challenge it was never used. Concerning Crulla's gym.. let me tell you. It has some wattage. He did a great job raising his pokemon and finding the best tricks for his pokemon to have. thumbs up from me. It appears the battling system still has some errors in it, and I don't recommend a lot of out of game clicking while you have an active battle. This was my first live battle test since I updated to 1.0.4. So... pending our complete battle, and the fact that you have a Discord, makes you are almost ready to move to the next admin step Crulla. We'll figure out the battle portion at some point. -Key |
