RE: WTE 4: The Great Wondertrade Extravaganza - EeveeBailey - 05-27-2017 @PhantomUnderYourDesk, Cody unfortunately isn't the one who decides what is and isn't banned from WT. That might be something to post about in the Suggestions area. Personally speaking, as much as the flood of Birdies, Cubbugs, Barewls, and Tonemy annoys a bit... they ARE ones that, given proper breeding, can be useful in competitive. Banning them might put a crimp on breeding, though I guess breedjects can always be traded in GTS if need be. RE: WTE 4: The Great Wondertrade Extravaganza - Lord Windos - 05-27-2017 (05-27-2017, 10:09 PM)EeveeBailey Wrote: @PhantomUnderYourDesk, Cody unfortunately isn't the one who decides what is and isn't banned from WT. Birdies are great in Rain with their Hurricane, Cubbugs eventually learn Tailwind and can pick up Sticky Web, and Barewl evolves into one of the only true counters to Nucleon (The Green Demon!) Tonemy....I got nothing on them. Regardless, those mons have great use, if raised right, but the problem is that people flood the WT with wild ones not properly breed. Its easy to tell, since they have random IVs and odd Levels, so it kind of puts a damper on the event. Still, the purpose of the WT Event is to get finely breed Pokémon to those that don't have them, or just to clear out your own boxes after a attempt to get a 6IV powerhouse. We have to take the good with the bad, in the end. RE: WTE 4: The Great Wondertrade Extravaganza - PhantomUnderYourDesk - 05-27-2017 You're probably both right. It just gets somewhat disappointing soon if you receive 95% of those while sending in qualitaty. With a 5IV HA Barand - good thing, haven't had one of those before - I'm ending WT4 for me then. Thanks to everyone who made it possible, and I hope that people managed to snatch something good while I...was practically sorting out most of the trash in Wondertrade ^^; Someone has to do the job, right? But at least I was granted many Pokemon from you, Windos. Breeders are still welcome to empty their boxes but they will not be counted toward the final tally. A major thank you to all who volunteered their time to make this Event such a success, none of this could have been accomplished without you. ![]() Additionally, A massive Thank you goes out to @EeveeBailey for holding everything together in my absence. Please give her a massive round of applause for a truly terrific job! No more, please... I let out a steady trickle of HA male Birbies starting from when this thread started to Friday (2 of them per day the first 2 days, then 3 per day). You want the one thing that can have Moody to be blocked just because hardly anyone else ever releases it into the system with it?

In fact, Birdie actually has nice egg moves... Apart from Steel Wing and Dazzling Gleam, which it can learn via TM anyway, none is available though. That particular one is good qualitaty! That is correct, nice that you got one. I figured the moves that could go on it normally were good enough, so I didn't bother with EMs. RE: WTE 4: The Great Wondertrade Extravaganza - PhantomUnderYourDesk - 05-28-2017 (05-28-2017, 05:15 PM)Koentine Wrote: I figured the moves that could go on it normally were good enough, so I didn't bother with EMs. They surely are. It's just that I enjoy egg move breeding, sometimes even regardless of how useful they may be in the end. |
