They were in a small carved out 'cave' - more like a wooden cube that was hollowed out for this purpose - curled up and away from the rest of the other foxy and elephantine critters. If it were for them shifting around to look at you, the first thought you'd have was that they were sleeping. 

Seeing the quiet, gloomy air of loss around them, though, you knew they were sulking.

The rest of your musing doesn't get much of a response from the good doctor, though she does take a good look at the B.L. Card and says she'll do some Research on them when she gets the chance. Not something she normally would humor, but she has since learnt that when Strangeness and Unique things come in Sutalor, rarely do they simply bear tidings and leave well enough alone.

Plus, she wants to have your back, and part of that is making sure you're not going to be tangoing with some relatively Unown group without some intel on them!

Your commitment to Sign gets a Sigh of resignation-filled relief, a heavy burden place on their shoulders but the most important decision in awhile being made at long last. She gives you a single nod, her normally expressionless face briefly flashing some regret, before she departs abruptly to do whatever else that need to be straightened out with all the force and finesse she can muster (A lot) .

The Main Government Seat of Sutalor was indeed a mess. A grandiose, classical and neo technomagical designed work of art that spoke to the prosperity and Future minded vision that the heads of state have for their 'fair' land, but a mess was mess, no matter how it was dressed. A certain few friends and your Mentor taught you that lesson several times (always N+1 more than your liking)....

People is suits, robes, or odd but official garb, stuffy wigs or waxed on hairdos (and some bald), and mostly old people were racing back and forth furiously, most with either paper or Items in hand, trying to get where they needed to be to put out the latest fire that popped up since the last 5 minutes or so. You even spot a few running around screaming, driven to the breaking point of just needing to vent, as well as a few crouched in the middle of the floor sobbing or staring blankly (some with a few comforting them, some not) - and this was treated as completely normal and to be expected. 

Overall, things were not going...smoothly for the government, but they were still functioning, gosh darn it all!

It doesn't take long for you to get notice, and you were practically Teleported over to an office with a semi-bald man in a black and blue dress suit (thing of the Pointy Haired Boss from Dilbert, but with white hair and looking friendly but extremely nervous and sweaty) have a pen place into your hand and the Contract before you, ready for reveiw and to be signed.

"Ye-yes sir, here it is! Read it over once...once more to....confirm all the Terms and Conditions are truly acceptable, and then....*Sighs*....then Sign here. *Frowns apologetically. Seddi, Oz here! I found something strange here. It looks like some kind of a Fossil. Found in some alley in the mouth of a Raticate. It encased in ancient Hurtloam and studded with lapiz lazuli. It's looks like some kind of sharp scaly fin. I let you take a look next time we meet.

I am here, at last and eventually..." *gently tightening grip on it, closing eyes, and lowering voice to nothing but a mere whisper* "Please, stay with me. Help me, aid me, like you did yesterday. Please... do make this work. Please... do awake dear Saph. I wish for her to... be conscious for this."

To help with awaking her to consciousness, can we please cast a gentle Aromatherapy from Spritzee over her via Evocation?

Considering you thought that being playful with Morgana in the house of a complete strange was a-okay and that you somewhat humiliated her in front of one of the people she likes least in the world....ignoring you was a pretty tame reaciton, all things considered. Be grateful she didn't deign to dye your hair sherbert green and poka-dotted orange for this (again) and take what victories you can about this ongoing spat!

The incense smoke behaved strangely, with the trails visibly writhing and twisting towards and around young Saph, as if guided by some unseen force. The Sapphire Pendant now glowed brightly as a Blue LED Lamp as your Intent and Commitment to Helping Saph poured out from you like a facaut on full blast, with Myra starring at it with no small amount of awe (and confusion?) while Nirix simply bowed his head. Your prayer, simple as it was, provoked a reaction - the feeling of something drapping across your shoulders, supporting you.

Fragrant and almost spicy mist poured out from your gauntlet, filling the air for a moment before the haze settled down over the lil' girl like a aetherial blanket. She took several deep breaths of it, her nose cutely twitching....

....Before her eyes slowly, slowly opened. 

It was then you noticed the last odd thing about young Saph - her eyes were not normal. No pupil, no iris - just solid purple that faded the farther from the center of the eye, like ripples from a stone drop in a murky puddle. From what pictures of the girl you looked at, this was not her natural, original eye color - solid, bright blue, if you are curious - and something in your gut told you this change happened as a result of her condition.

For the first few seconds Saph's eyes were unclear, unfocused. Then the Pendant seemed to pulse in your grasp, and immediately after the girl's eyes became more and more aware. Little out a tired, weak yawn, she looked over to you and smile.

"Mr. Mage...."

Her voice was like tattered silk - soft, whispy, but so very worn out.

"*Looks Around* Mr. Uni, Ms. Fox...."

She coughs at this point, looking about ready to pass out from only that much effort, but she steadies as she looks back to you again, her eyes full of warmth and an odd sense of...familiarity?

After adopt Dite (gonna work later in the post scene of the meeting with H-Zorua and Dite) Oz, go to the cavern meet the Meza. The...meeting was not the best, but Oz imagine it would go that way. Oz decided not to approach much to not make the Dragon even more angry. She sigh a bit and then sit in the ground, looking at the direction of Meza.

"No need to get angry. I will not approach more than you want. I...just came here to have a conversation. Heart to heart if you want. Since...you know...Even if you prefer to be alone, its...not always the best thing. I say that for personal experience."

Oz chuckle a bit, noticing the Dragon problably smelling her. "You notice huh? *Sigh* Sometimes, I wish...I dont have this lineage. I feel it brings more problems them blessings in my life. Always needed to be strong an carry the lineage of my family."

Oz than sulk a bit. "My parents...didnt like one bit. They didnt like me getting into college to become a medic. I almost get a slap from my mom...They wanted me to follow in their footsteps. It took a lot of convincing and my grandparents help to convince them...But...even in home I felt alone. The only company was my sisters...Persephone, Fortuna and..."

Oz eyes begin to shred tears. "Glinda...My partner. My best friend. The other half of my soul. She...She always stay in my side. She helped me when I was in my worse...And heal the wounds in my heart. She was...my everything."

Now Oz really begin to cry. "I had friends...but...they all died. I try to save them...but...They are died in front of me. And I couldnt do anything to help them. Maxwell...Lorelai...Poor Dylan...Oh poor Dylan. They...trust on me, and I fail them. And when I was about to get killed...Glinda. Oh Glinda..." She cried a lot, tears of the most pure suffering and angsty. "She...she sacrificed her life. She gave her life to save me. The pain...never go away. Its still...there. Like a scar who refused to be healed, not matter how much you try."

Oz then turn her head, still in tears but trying to be strong through a smile. "But...if you feel pain, if you miss it, that means the love still there. Yes, feel loss is...paintful. Very very paintful. There might be days where the pain is...excruciating. That might tear your heart appart. Heck, it might even tempt to...do things you will regret. But...the pain in the heart is also a meaning. To value what you still have: The life to love the world again. To love again. To care again. And to always cherish all the moments you had with that person. So when the time comes, when you again meet that important person in the other side, she asks you:"

"Did you had a good life?"

"And then answer: Yes. I had a good life. A life I can be proud of. A life with dignity. A life when that person can be proud of you. Because...well...I think even now, Glinda is watching over me, whatever the place she is...And I pretty sure your friend is also watching over you, and they would not like to see you dwell in suffer alone. Action: Even if Oz cannot adopt Meza, she refused to let them this poor soul suffer alone. She know what loss can do to a person...and she dont want another one to suffer that alone.

For research purposes and as the guy who'll be looking for rare wild pokemon in the wilds (eventually), Seddi will take the Star Unity Ball.  Hopefully he can survive long enough to actually earn and use that incredible capture device...

The entire time he's looking over the contract though, he keeps sternly glancing at the government official.  "Y'all better be grateful I'm even thinking about attempting this.  If it weren't for a variety of recent circumstances, I would have turned this down without a second thought, incredible rewards or not."
The advance on the stipend is handy.  He can use that to buy some supplies potentially.  Covered half of the cost of purchasing Kusanagi at least.

The Survival Center Tour is a much more relaxed scene, and Seddi's not gonna let his frustrations with the suits get the better of him here, so he's all smiles.

Seddi's main question when he hears this is hangout for bounty hunters is only a natural line of questioning he thinks.  "Gatherin' place for bounty hunters, huh?  Out of curiosity, you ever see the Quicksilva Speedster around these parts?"


Seddi would definitely have Goodra out.  He's not about to deny his friendo the opportunity to spend time with him and see the sights of Bayahama while he can!

Much like Vernon, Seddi would be more interested in fishing up an item instead of a pokemon.  He's already got two Water types on hand, so he doesn't desperately need a third.

Good to see Akamu present as well!  Not having to find each other later will save them time when they're ready to go do some sword swinging.

Seddi will chip in on this conversation.  "As a Paldean, I can assure you that Dondozo are indeed as large and slow thinking as you've heard.  Unless they've found a Tatsugiri they like.  Then they get really hard to wrangle because the little guy is the one calling the shots!  Veluza and I have had to deal with some of the big guys on rare occasions.  Tough nuts to crack even without the little Commander!"

Seddi, Oz here! I found something strange here. It looks like some kind of a Fossil. Found in some alley in the mouth of a Raticate. It encased in ancient Hurtloam and studded with lapiz lazuli. It's looks like some kind of sharp scaly fin. I let you take a look next time we meet.

It's around this time that Seddi finally notices the first text from Oz.  He briefly looks it over and sends a quick response.

Definitely sounds like a strange fossil.  Not sure if I'll be able to identify it, but I can give it a look later if you want.

Of course, he didn't think he'd be hearing back from Oz by the end of the tour...but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
