It could potentially be fairy I guess...in the SMT game series, Megido is an attack of the Almighty type, which is essentially typeless, 'holy' damage. And the closest thing to that in pokemon is probably Fairy.
TDW...yeah, that's a lot harder with only the abbreviation :/ The only potential hints we have for that are Reiner's type alignments, affinities, and personality quirks...
Yeah....it's too much hard. Perhaps TDW would be a dragon type cursed arm? Since Reiner is Dragon Trainer? It's the only thing who coming to my mind. Besides Dragon, the other Cursed arms who Reiner might use I suspect would be: Ice, because of Reiner "cold" personality. Steel, because of Reiner strong will. Or ghost because, well, he scary people I guess?
Also, do you think Arial have the same power to use more than one Cursed Arm like Reiner?

Hmmm...Dragon...why the heck did I not think of that? Yeah, one of those two is probably the Dragon type one...could even be Megido, potentially, since Dragons are pretty well revered beings in the pokemon world...
I think the odds of Arial being able to wield more than one of the Cursed Arms potentially might be a bit lower than Reiner's...but I don't know for sure. Windos would know, but he's got no reason to tell us any of that if he doesn't want to, so...

He wont tell us. A master must maintain the mistery in the roleplay to make the players debate :3 I think this is a huge plot not only about the festival and team rocket, but that mistery behind the Cursed Arms of Creation. And I believe in your theory about Megido Revelation would be Dragon-Type and about dragons be deities in some parts of the world: The makers of Time and Space Palkia and Dialga. The Dragon of dragons of truth and and duty from Unova Reshiram and Zekrom. The guardian from the Atmosfere, Rayquaza. Even in Tandor, since Yatagaryu its revered as guardian and demi-god of sky and lighting. Dragons its powerful beings. Also it could be ironic Reiner have a Cursed Arm with Fairy-type since he already have a Cursed Arm with Dark-Type. Fairy and Dark. Light and Darkness. This would be awesome to see!

Who said that Fairy is always Light and Cottoncandy? ^^ They can be just as nasty as a Dark Typed Pokemon.

Hmm my theory it would perhaps Reiner "reject" the traditional path of the Elder Dragon Tamers, so in a way he is "repulsed" by the ones who train dragons a more time. It would be strange, but the same is rational. But thats just a theory, a Poke Theory.

Whether anyone else does or not, Kyubi has SIX loyalty towards Reiner now...that's rather significant...
Battles to the death tend to do a good job of solidifying bonds.
