@Spiritmon, Camerupt doesn't punch stuff and isn't very muscular.  And isn't quite as tall (Buzzwole is 7' tall, while Camerupt is 6' tall, 8' only when it goes mega.  Camerupt's height also includes the volcano humps on its back).  This Vampire also seems to be a bug specialist, so...

As far as attacks I have for a Bug/Fighting type...well, there's Kyubi's fire, Mew's Psychic, Arbok's Fire Fang, Metagross's Zen Headbutt...and that's what I've got.

The other key thing Ariana mentioned is that she didn't recognize the pokemon that was used. She'd probably have recognized a Scolipede.  And would have likely remembered if a pokemon was shiny as well...

Meanwhile, the UBs are all about being these mysterious and powerful creatures that nobody except the International Police and Aether Foundation know about the existence of.

The only pokemon that perfectly matches the description is Buzzwole.  Can you name any other tall, red, extremely muscular quadrupeds that can throw a punch?

Probably the same way they got the Bug type Cursed Arm: because Windos said so.

It's certainly going to be one heck of a fight...gotta shutdown the Beautifly and Shedinja first, though...

By the time the encounter can be done, Arial will be back up.  The issue is he's nowhere near Reiner currently, and Reiner and Emily are going to be talking with Mina when he regains consciousness.  If Arial can't find Reiner by the time the Vampire attacks, no backup for him.  Unless Angelica is helping him, maybe.  Her Golbat should perform fairly well in the fight, too.
