SpoilerThe playful fiend gives a happy nod of her head to the scarred warrior's suggestion, and offers her hands to link with him and Karen as they channeled their own abilities/Abilities into divining what lay ahead. She isn't that spiritually attuned compared to Kogeki or the lil' empath, but perhaps she could act like a catalyst/linker of sorts to boost their own powers with her Dark Flames? Hey, doesn't hurt to try!

...and then she shakes her head. "...I'm sorry, I don't think I can do it. I think our abilities are too different..."
Pyra attempts to lend assistance as well, despite not being particularly well suited for this kind of job at all.

Nope, no cigar. Pyra's not able to 'boost the signal' either. It would have been more surprising if she had been able to, honestly.

And once again, he doesn't detect any immediate danger from either path.

THIS makes Kee jolt his head to Kogeki, glance at him with big crittercoon-eyes, and then look away into the darkness, he also fails to hide a faint blush. "....She isn't under my responsibility!! (>0<) I... I hold tha same feelin' of protectiveness t'wards all of ya, ya hear, it's NOT the wae ya may think it is!!!"
Either way, if looking at the provided map and trusting my own intuition (both outta-chara), the path Kee would choose is....

Karen votes that they follow Kee as well. "And I can handle myself, guys. No need to treat me like I'm defenseless."
To prove her point, she walks on ahead.
The corridor twists and turns, but it continues in a relatively straight line.

And eventually, the group can even see sunlight at the end of the tunnel! Karen gets excited! "See? I told you we were close to the exit! Come on, guys, let's go!"
Karen almost trips on her own two feet again as she runs ahead and towards the sunlight, but she's adamant about Pyra not carrying her.

(My vote's for looting, suffice to say. We need ALL the resource we can muster at this early stage of the game, or otherwise we'll be in for a rougher time. I'm willing to even have Pyra split off from the group to explore around a bit more if everyone else wants to leave the dungeon, but I rather have at least one partner with me for safety's sake. IC Post about this decision will be incoming in a bit, mates!)
