Also I would like to ask something: Can I use Xenoqueen in this battle? The only other Pokemon I have its Empirilla and I dont is viable to use it. It forbiden to use her?

She's probably healed by now, but be very, VERY careful about using a Nuclear type in public...

Dont worry. I be careful. What I asking if in the moment I bring there will be cops to send me to the jail. Is there a law about not use Nuclear type pokemon?

Considering Windos mentioned you need proper permits to be able to use them without getting busted when you went to get her healed at the Pokemon Center the first time...(you're getting away with it currently because Team Rocket's connections are OP)
As long as there's no trouble and the use of Nuclear moves is responsible and restrained (and you compensate for the amount of radiation you inflicted on your opponents and maybe even surroundings), you'll probably be fine, but don't go using Fallout or something in a public area.
Another note: we're probably assuming your entire team is healed back to full by this point as well, since an entire encounter slot has gone by and you were at the Center just now.

Yes. I think all my team is perfect heal. And dont worry, I wont go using Fallout in such public area. Also after that battle against Juliet and Romeo I couldnt get the chance to use Sekmet so a good battle would be cool to let her get some XP. I will be careful of course. I dont want to start a Nuclear disaster.

By Tohjo Law, its illegal to even own a Xenoqueen unless you have VERY good reasons/Connections, but the nurse made it so that it appeared quasi-legal (Unregistered) to a cursery expection AND your character is technically still a citizen of Tandor (Fugitive, rather, but I'm trying to cut you some slack here), so it would seem like your some undercover/top secret researcher of Nuclear energy on the surface. So long as you don't give the League/Local Authorities any reason to investigate your background more thoroughly (Like say, for example, CAUSING A NUCLEAR FALLOUT), using Sekmet should be fine....maybe. Depends on that situation. Trainer Battle? Most likely fine. Life or Death scenarios? More than fine! Inside crowds or densely populated structures? Wow nelly, hold your horses partner! Near a Legendary. DEAD, no big surprise....
Besides, most people besides Team Rocket, the Police, the National Guard/its associates, and the League itself (Legendaries are another can of worms entirely) don't know much of anything of Nuclear types, due to them being from a far flung country on the other side of the globe, and the hush nature surrounding them (Least another CURIE arrises and desires to usher in a Nuclear Winter scenario). Ecru would think you have a really exotic Pokémon and leave it at that....unless his Pokémon start becoming irradiated. In which case certain question are obviously going to be raised over this unexplained power...
In short, you can use Xenoqueen in battles, just don't do it around any clear authority figures/people in the know without thinking it through, keep the Rad dosing to a minimum, and don't let on that she is a extremely dangerous Pokémon.

Looking for this side its quite a risk to use Sekmet. Bloody hell, this will be dificult to use Xenoqueen in battle. I really dont want the cops trying to do something. Besides the past of Arial, and he holding the TPK (Aka Tobias) he must be careful too about use Xenoqueen. *Sight* When you think its already dificult, this happens. Be a Rocket its not ease...
Also, any of you guys heard about Pokemon Insurgence?

Hmm perhaps this could be a way to the future escape from the Rockets if someone not work. Besides, exploration its a good thing since Arial dont any objectives after the end of the festival. Reiner perhaps going to escape the Rockets with Mew and it could be a good thing to go with that scientist (or not, since this guy look....a bit suspicious). With a bit luck perhaps we could do something.
