Hello everyone !
I'm starting to breed some Pokemon on Pokemon Uranium. So nice to meet this community ! ^-^
However, I have a problem.
I would like to breed a S51-A for a new Team but I need a Duplicat with perfect IVs.
I tried to catch this Pokemon using the Poké Radar and all my Duplicat are not perfect to breed.
In exchange, I have a Vaporeon to breed ( IVs: 30 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31 ), or others Pokemon such as a Chimical...
Please help ! X_X

There's no such thing as a Duplicat with (six) perfect IVs. Duplicat cannot breed more Duplicat, and the chances of a wild caught duplicat having even 3 perfect IVs are extremely low.
You can trade for one with one or two or maaaybe three perfect IVs - if that's what you mean, carry on.
Breeding perfect genderless Pokemon, like S51, can take a very long time but it is possible. You might also find more luck asking to borrow the old Mystery Gift S51, who had six perfect IVs automatically. (I no longer own one myself).
