I battled this trainer when i started the game
The attachment below shows that the woman says that we should battle some time again,but doesnt take my contact down
I just want to know if it is a bug or not

No, that isn't a bug, it's just the NPC's dialogue, however confusing it may be. You'll know if you get a trainer that's rematchable if you get the prompt for it, so don't sweat it mate!
