You should have a backup save on your computer. Open Windows Explorer, type in C:\User\Username\Saved Games, and search. You should find the folder where all your saves are. In it, there is a folder called backup that contains a copy of your save file for such a occasion. It might be a little dated, but its better than losing ALL progress.
If you have already tried this and failed, then I am sorry for what happened. It almost happened to me once, and the thought of losing all my progress nearly made me quit the game permanently.
