Please help with making Fan game or Pokemon rom hack. - Swampat - 10-23-2016
I need help with making my own fan game or rom hack of pokemon. I want to call it Pokemon Cyber. If anyone can give me some tips on programming or anything please help. I know how to make sprites but I've programed before so please help.

The easiest way to start is to get RPG Maker XP and get the Pokémon essentials. That will get you practically all the basics. There are even a bunch of YouTube videos after that will walk you through building events, importing your own Pokémon, and setting up trainers (and more).
