So I've changed my language format, but does this change the language on my saved files? Because all my wonder trades after I changed language format are not FRN marked, and I'm sure 99% of these people doesn't set their language to Vietnamese... Huh

Yes, and no. When a save file is created, it is forever set in the language the computer is currently in. So changing it afterward doesn't do anything. But changing the language of the computer b4 starting a new game and creating a new save file will make that new save on the other language... And it's not just language format, but rather the entire language of your system...
