I'm hoping to make a uranium YouTube series. Which starter should they choose?

You could also let your Trainer ID given at the beginning choose the Starter:
If the last digit of it is 1, 2 or 3, it's Grass (Orchynx)
If the last digit of it is 4, 5 or 6, it's Fire (Raptorch)
If the last digit of it is 7, 8 or 9, it's Water (Eletux)
If the last digit of it is 0, start again. (Or choose freely)
