Hey Gang,
This is the official patch for Pokemon Uranium released by JV and Twitch. Though it does fix some of the errors discovered in 1.0.0 it doesn't include a lot of the fixes provided by the unofficial patch (Which I'm also hoping to add here as well) The link is below
Changelog for 1.0.1
- Fixed bug where scrolling in the Pokedex would cause the game to crash
- Fixed bug where a Pokemon would be deleted by accident in the Storage screen
- Fixed a bug where a trainer in the Championship would crash the game
- Slight performance improvement
- Added missing audio file
- Other minor fixes and touch ups

Actually, the file in the link is uploaded in 2016-08-14.....
Maybe you've mistaken the link.

Hey Tarutaru,
As it stands, there are two versions of 1.0.1 the official patch which came out in early August and the Unofficial patch hosted by the team at the Uranium Reddit. The download above contains the installer and the 2 files that contain all the information for the 1.0.1 patch.
The game will tell you that you're still running 1.0.0, however so long as you put the Graphics Folder and Uranium.rgss into your Pokemon Uranium game folder, you will be running 1.0.1. After you have the official update, try running the patcher with your edited neoncube.ini file to download the unofficial patch.
