After getting Dive - John Tsoukalos - 11-07-2016
For most of the game, i haven't had too much difficulty. There may have been a few times that I felt under leveled and grinded to make up for it, but I feel like I am far behind now. I went to the area where you use dive for the first time outside of Venesi City. The trainers underwater have pokemon 6 levels higher than me. My Pokemon are around level 48. Am I the apporopriate level or do I need to grind somewhere to catch up? Any good grinding spots if so.

One of the best place to grinding its Tsuknami Village when you do the side quest in the dojo. You need to find all the ninjas across tandor, and after that they offer to you free training and you can even battle against them. Just a warn: They are around in the level 52.
But they can even teach moves to your pokemons.

They don't teach any moves anymore as of 1.0.3 patch.

@MonkeyLord83 That decision still ranks me the wrong way. I mean, they could have done other things than moving all of those moves straight to the endgame....
