Porting and transfering save data - caseyts119 - 11-26-2022 Hi, So i recently upgraded my OS and it can no longer run wine staging which i use to run the game. i used a porting kit to be able to open the game again however non of my save file transfered, is there any way to transfer it or should i be finding a different work around. RE: Porting and transfering save data - Iron - 11-26-2022 Save files are stored in a different folder than the game itself. You need to get Uranium.rxdata into the Saved Games/Pokemon Uranium folder (or whatever your OS's equivalent is). https://docs.google.com/document/d/11oRLq-AViqNBGP7hKFoaTRee1cW1LGmZ8EeeZkCpaxI/edit?usp=sharing ^Tutorial RE: Porting and transfering save data - caseyts119 - 12-31-2022 The only files I can find similar to that is a saved games.lnk file. Am I looking in the wrong places RE: Porting and transfering save data - Iron - 12-31-2022 Yes. A .Ink means it's a shortcut file, not the real file. So here's what you do: Right click on the .ink file and choose Open File Location. That should take you to the real saved games folder, and then you can follow those instructions above. |
