It'd be more useful to save Will Points mechanically if accuracy rolls for moves like Curse, Wish, and Baton Pass were still dependent on that in this campaign, but eh.

I kinda satistied with the way we are for now. Also since its a Gym Leader battle, Heart need use 100% of his strengh right?

Besides, does what you mentioned concerning Tropius gaining +1 Happiness at the end of the Shelterwork-week with him having spent time on the green roof while Shiva is working and nothing has happened meanwhile still apply? Unlike for Ventus, Shiva's workingweek has not been interrupted due to the trip to Arrowroot as she only started her work after the threat of the vines has been take care of, so technically indeed 'nothing happened'.

I'm sure it'll be fine as long as you're prepared for Hypnosis and maybe Confuse Ray. Remember, you get to use one trainer item per round (just no HP healing ones)

Lets hope that upgraded Water Pulses causes serious damage against that Brozong...I really need a few other Pulse and Aura moves. I just hope after this battle I be someway close to Clauncher evolves to Clawtizer to get Aura Sphere then to go ahead to get Dark Pulse.

Water Pulse will be doing 3 D6 damage per hit (Water Pulse is a 2 Power move, not 3), so yeah, you'll do some nice damage to Dagny with that. And if you Confuse Bronzong with it too and it hurts itself due to missing (which it very well could do. Dagny's been using a lot of low accuracy actions), even better!
Oh, and if you have any Awakenings or Chesto Berries, you might want to also line up a conditional action for Heart to use one if Dagny lands a Hypnosis (like what Nathan did with his Paralyz Heals and the Paralysis Dagny inflicted)

I have three Full Heals. I think this will do it. Must remember to buy more later. And I still have 1 Oran Berry. I use that in the final battle when I bring Rose next.

Full Heal is great if Dagny lands a Confuse Ray as well. Though Confusion isn't nearly as dangerous as sleep.
Nope, not allowed to use that Oran Berry if it's not a held item, unfortunately. No HP healing items from the trainers on either side allowed.
