Since there is actual Player Sacrifice for Wish on the line here, I'll state the general Rules I have for Reviving the Dead
- The Revival MUST happen within 1 Encounter of the Death. In this case, Oz needed to be Revived either in the Encounter she's currently sharing with Akamu, or in the very next possible Encounter. With the Systems revision in place, another Player would have to give up a Moderate Slot to rush over and aid Oz, and for it to be truly Ideal it'd have to be Seddi since he hasn't used up a Moderate Encounter Yet (Therefore it's the earliest possible time for Rez for min consequences) while everyone else has OR Akamu since they're literally with Oz .
- Max Revives or =/better can Revive a PC; however, doing so will have a Cost against the PC being Revived
- May or may not Increase Fortune or lead to knock on Strange/Fortune Encounters due to a Miracle taking place; the odds of this goes up the more esoteric or Special the Method of Revival is....

See the following post for my rulings on Raising the Dead. Some of this may be redudent to some of you, but it need to be noted.
Right now, the most Ideal Revivers are Seddi and Akamu, due to the former not having used up a Mod Slot yet and the later being right with Oz. Everyone else are secondary options that will incur greater penalties onto Oz. If everyone uses up their Mod Slots while Oz is dead....time to reroll a new PC Spirit!

Don't worry. I understand. This a very selfish asking I doing here. And for Oz is something really important. But again, I know I probably am going to be a very wish. But...That Wish is extremely important. That could bring someone important to Oz life. Someone who literally sacrifice her life to bring Oz a chance to live. And she carry on such guilty of that person death. That could be her chance, HER only chance to give that person another chance to live.
Sorry...When Windos told that wish is possible, I...I couldn't think in a better chance than this to help Oz go though her guilty and give her a chance to get rid even if it that just a little of such guilty.

In case things don't go as planned...And Oz truly dead...can I...Can I have Oz first the chance to say her goodies to her family? The Pokemon in her team who is her family? In case things don't go as planned. Don't want to let Oz die with even more guilty than she already carry...

@Spiritmon : ....You DO have a Max Revive on you, now that I've check, but considering what your Wishing For, I'm ruling that your own Max Revive can't be used on you. Somebody else MUST give up a Moderate Encounter Slot (or in Akamu's Case just have a Max Revive or better of their own) and their own Method of Raising the Dead for Oz' Wish to come True.
Also, said Wish won't come True UNTIL the Full Cost is meet, though this is more of a mercy to Oz and other Players considering Spoiler Info....

You can, but if you do their is a 100% Chance they WILL try to Stop Your PC, which will Trigger the Shrine's Anti-Wish Tampering Measures.....
Best to leave a written note in that case.

How fast can she get there?

She'll get their fast enough to Revive Oz (Since I haven't started your Minor Encounter, I won't count that against you too) , if they go through with their Grand Sacrifice. Her Species + Insight + Empathy + Fortune's Interest will make Oz' DEATH light up and blar like a siren to her, so you don't even need OOC Knowledge or waste time reading a Text to make a break for it.
Taking all the other qualities listed..... I'll roll a 1D20 . If the result is 15 or Higher, then the Resurrection won't be as Costly as it would be for a 'secondary' option.

Would Akamu be able to send a message to everyone to alert what gonna happen to Oz? Since with what I now what is in risk here but could have back...This is really important. And what else could happen if Oz does get revival? What is the side effects of such event could entail?
