Hoopa and its bottle vanished from Pyra's inventory as soon as you left the Hidden Mine. I assume you guys have been continuing to bring it along on missions and helping it gain experience since the bottle can still be found around Sahra Town.
The two teams do have to share it, however. There's only one Hoopa and bottle to go with it, so it can only go with one Adventuring party each day. Hoopa's not picky about who helps it.

Oh right, I haven't added the 20XP gained in the timeskip yet. Did that just now, and am using the timeskip to raise a few Stats:
The Social Attribute associated with the matching Attribute (like, Strength with Tough, Special with Cute etc.) autoraises to the same degree the Attribute raises, was that correct? Aka, if I raise Strength by 1, Tough likewise raises by 1.

Correct. They max out at 5 (6 for your boosted one).

Glad you're looking forward to it! I'm thinking I'll probably make the chapters a little more episodic from this point on so the dungeon crawling isn't just monotonous grinding.
The TM List for your character is generally the same as the base form's, with the changes that I sent you in the PM. I don't think any of those three moves are in your character's movepool as a result. One of the ones Daxter can choose from is, but you can already use that move, so it's not exactly very useful for you specifically.

Hmm, Kee can neither. Would need to look clover at the corebook and bulbapedia to see if any of our current recruits can. But generally, Rock Tomb sounds like a useful move that a lot of Pokemon can learn, so I'd pick that one and keep a hold of it until we can teach it to someone in our team.
Or we can pick any and try to trade with any of the TMs Daxter's team picked.
From the other items, I'd go with the Tight Belt (very useful when heading into big MysteryDungeons, as it leaves room for other items to take along instead of packing food items) and the Stairs Orb (useful when we're in a hurry and/or just want to get onwards to the next floor and/or are lost on a floor). How does that sound to y'all?
