When Spira sees the eggs he grabs all three and returns to the group then speaks to Shiva (@PhantomUnderYourDesk): "You remember that Midnight seed I had? Well three eggs grew from it! You mentioned that you wanted one, so here," he grabs one from his bag and hands it to her holding the egg with both hands.
