Honestly, I find all that very unnecessary.

All that what...? There's no need to argue, but it's a point I prefer to stay with please: No calling Vulpix a Delta.

And Regional Variants fit the definition of Delta Species, so that's what I am sticking with. There is no need to bring this disagreement up every single time I state as much.

Oy, no fighting over small details, you two! I don't see why Vulpix can't be considered a Delta Species, since that is what they ARE in all honestly , just ones recognized by Nintendo and given a new branding, but if Phantom is THAT discomforted by that.....

True to your assumption, he didn't recognize any of them but Onix, Slowking (Due to you having sent one out earlier), and the Forrestress line, the last of which obviously piqued his interest AND Basteele's, who opened her eyes to give that boy to give the boy a curious look too.
Has Terra never been to Mt. Pyre? Wild Vulpix can be found on the summit.

I don't see Alolan Forms as Delta nor do I like Delta Pokemon, that's basically why, alright? I don't want it, so please don't do so anywhere near my chara or the fox.

Oh yeah! Forgot about that! Yes, Terra has explored ALL of Hoen at least twice over in his decades of traveling it, so he's seen almost every Pokémon that is in his home region! Going to make those edits now!
Phantom....please don't be ugly about this. Whether or not A-Vulpix is a D Species or not should not be a major point of contention between us all, so please don't get worked up over this dear....

Pretty surprised he recognized Onix, though. None of those big rock snakes in Hoenn, after all. Well, unless you count Roxanne's in Emerald.
Sunkern can also be found in the Safari Zone, so he'll probably recognize that one too.

In rare form, Terra has done a little research on them after....well, I can't really say right now. You'll find out shortly why, though....
Okay, let's make another edit then!

Also would have had to survive taking a Guts and potentially Belly Drum boosted Fake Out. I think I like taking no damage a lot better Particularly when I don't have access to my stronger HP recovery moves atm/yet.
Plus, having a back pocket pokemon with tons of coverage options and great move versatility is great towards the end of a battle! Would be a lot better if I actually had some stronger attacks to use right now Psycho Cut, Stored Power, Drain Punch, Close Combat, and Swords Dance are all a bit of a ways off still, but ah well. We'll get there in time. At least he'll have Rock Smash for the battle with Tanuki to show off his new Fighting STAB.
