No, can't switch held items during the battle.
When Loyalty matches Disobedience, you can expect to be obeyed pretty well.

I considered making Glass Badge give you Vitality, but yeah....no.

That is more or less the gist of it. Ice is a terrible DEF type, but a wonderful offensive one as a counter. I kinda wish they would give it more resistence to make up, like against Grass and Ground (Grass doesn't like the cold, and its not like Ground will get through the thick layer of ice its being coated in...).

Oh yes, something I came across in the rulebook while looking for the loyalty and disobedience tables: Pokemon lose 1 happiness and 1 loyalty when traded, regardless of who's trading it to who. That could be relevant in the future, thinking about it...

I would think telling the Pokémon they were just being trade in order to reach their highest power (Evolution), then they would go right back to there owner, would mitigate or eliminate that pesky little rule. In blind trades, though....

If they made more ice types like Weavile, or gave them wonderful movepools and STAB along with passable stats like Mamoswine (Ice/Ground is SPECTACULAR coverage. Almost as good as BoltBeam, in some ways), then it wouldn't be as much of an issue. But, oh well...the mighty glaciers can try and take those hits if they want, but get split and melted by the common attacking types anyways in the end.
Heck, Aurora Veil is cool and all too, but...nobody wants to use that on a dedicated Hail team...and A-Ninetails is rather meh when you discount that move.

Ice Shard
Acc: 8 dice, -2 multiple actions
(4)(2)(2)(1)(6)(4)
Dmg: 6 dice -2 vit
(6)(6)(5)(4) Togepi faints, but Swinub was holding back, so it's not too painful.
Zamboni Redux Round 11
Welp, that was anticlimactic.

It was beautiful while it lasted.

Oh, and @Iron, to try and answer the question about how multiple priority works, multiple actions basically cause an additional round to occur immediately after the initial one. From my understanding, everything just follows the same initiative orders, seperate from what occurred in the initial round.
So, yeah. Multi rounds for multi actions. Fun!
