Nope! Gonna do something different, instead! Nathan got most of the point across, at least.

Ventus is a nice guy, but he keeps a lot of the things that happened to him secret from anyone else. Wouldn't want to worry anyone, or make anyone sad, now would he?
I recall that Ventus said he had experience with Poison types, and what they can do. I believe he talked to Nathan about this, all the way at the beginning of the journey. Then there is him frequently mentioning that he has seen the worst that nature has to offer, but he never went into any detail. He has more gruesome stories besides which, other than his encounter with the Stuntank, are even worse than what he described.
One of the reasons he was let on these research projects or handle potentially dangerous Pokémon, such as grievous Gibles or grieving Garvadors, despite the incredible danger involved, is because of his incredible empathy and the utter control he has over himself. Even with his inexperience, he was one of the best people for these jobs. Its also part of the reason why so many on site trainers respected him so : he faced Pokémon that even they were hesitate to tango with. That, and he's such a nice and caring guy!

As long as he's not out to get you, that is...

Well, I thought that was so obvious, I didn't have to mention it! Tehe!
@Iron I think its safe to say that the day can finally end, and everyone can move on to Route 2. Alls well that ends well...ish.

Not yet. There's still the matter of the egg between Shiva and Nathan. Just waiting on how Shiva reacts to that on top of the whole thing with Ventus and Arbok.

Mechanical question time, @Iron! Do eggs take up a party slot like in the games, or are they simply items in the bag until they hatch? I assume that they do, but it's probably best that this is cleared up now since it's directly relevant.
RE: [Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins - Iron - 05-26-2017
They take up a party slot, but it's possible to purchase a breeder's license to carry eggs that don't count against your party count.
Cost is $1750 and you have to pass a simple test. You don't have to be a breeder to obtain one, that's just who they were intended for.

Looks like Shiva has something new to save up for now! If she asks, Ventus would be happy to help.
Oh, and I remember you saying that those Pokémon Stuffees (Remember thoses, guys?) acted as Pokeballs as well. If I am correct, what seal strength do they have?
