Heart was standing there, astonished with the new form of Quetzal, but it didn't take long. He refocus in the battle ahead. He shout at his companions. "Nathan! Terra! Focus in deal beat those Defense Deoxys! Me, Quetzal and Percival gonna Flinch those Attack Deoxys! Shiva! Spira! Your help against AD would be appreciated!"

Heart then look to at Cosh and Keldea. He search his bag and throw a Super Potion to each one. "I don't fully trust or forgive you and what you group done to people and Pokemon. You still have a lot to answer for. But...if we want to survive this battle, we need to fight as one. You two give support to Nathan as much possible. Along with everyone else. I focus in Flinch Attack Deoxys. If you have a spell to increase Flinch like before, do it." Heart ignite his hand with flames. "I have a idea though to stop Deoxys from Regenerate. I can burn any pieces of Deoxys might left to regenerate. It might not stop regeneration, but it will slow a bit. Also, I gonna use the Frozen Roar on you. If you could pass along this buff like a Baton Pass, this could be helpful. Or even use to increase the power of your spell/Tower."

"Today we are not enemies. But allies to destroy a common foe!" Then Heart go forward and send orders to the Steel types who follow him. Heart and his Pokemons will focus in Flinch and Faint Attack Deoxys.

"Quetzal! Summon Tailwind! Then use those new rocks of you to send Rock Slide 5x! When those Deoxys are fainted it's Chomp Chomp time!"

"Percival! Use Rock Slides 5x! If those Deoxys are Flinched use Iron Defense to increase your odds of survive!"

Effect: Increase everyone Dex. Since it can only affect up to 6 targets, Arete will not receive the boost and instead the Tailwind will be given to Cosh.

Kyuu has just manifested from data into a full and vivid psychic cat as he immediately goes for the Clone in Attack Form, letting out a sharp hiss as he aims to sink a sharp claw into that mean space invader.

Accuracy Roll Kyuu's Fake Out 1: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 3 Brawl - 5 Actions = 6d6
Damage Roll: 4 Strength + 2 power of the move, no STAB = 6d6, but...
Additional notes: ...it auto-flinches that space invader. Also has +1 Priority.


"Hey, Cosh!", Shiva calls out with a slight smirk, "Here's my favorite buff, I'll grant it to Kelda but basically just swap it to whoever needs it most!" Kyuu follows and jumps through the air at full speed to share a high-five with her, then displays several somersaults mid-air before he lets loose some flashing beams of light at any Deoxys that's still standing when he gets to that action. (If there are several Forms, target the same one like the others to get it down fully before moving on to another)

Secondary Effect: This buff stacks with everything and has +5 Priority, Kelda's probably still faster. So much acrobatic and fast movements from Kyuu reason a overdue 4th point in Perform Speciality for Shiva for 18XP.

Shiva has a Super Potion for normal damage and a Max Potion for insta-reduced-to-1hp-kind of damage reserved for both Kyuu and Delphox. Ah, and keeping Cosh's words of which Artifact is suited best to tackle which Form of Deoxys in mid, Shiva raises the Shield to grant complete protection from any damage and additional effects to Nathan for this Round. Not to his Pokemon, but to him as a person. "Make SURE to deliver those bulky beasts of a Clone a good blow with the Sword in the name of us all!!!" ( ÒωÓ)و☆

There's a hummmm and Attack Deoxys appears in front of the little ghost, neither showing any fear.

Trying to bait Deoxys into hitting a Defense clone is a BRILLIANT idea but Terra doesn't have enough Insight to pull it off.

Vespiquen organizes her troops, with a nod to Nathan and the Sword. The gigantic swarm of Combee wall off the three Deoxys, wait for the signal, then attack! An individual Combee deals no damage, but they are not afraid to sacrifice themselves and there are a LOT of them. Oh, and they definitely have a grudge going here!

Cosh is observing what Terra is trying to do. "Hmm... a good idea, if lacking in organization. Who do we know that has organizational skills?"

He gestures, but it's hard to see exactly what's happening because the air is filled with Combee.

There are so many of them here in the former flower fields of Elanor that they make short work of the flesh and as the last piece is chewed up, the gem dims and crumbles to ash. Many of the Combee that ate Deoxys flesh are dead or dying, as is true for some of the ones that attacked or got too close to Heat Wave. Yet the Deoxys had so little of a chance to attack that a good 90% of the Combee on this battlefield are still alive and unfainted.

Charizard finishes off the rest of the gems with precision. The Sword makes his blazes effective against objects and corpses, too.

Cosh: "Aw, I wanted a chance to try something. Oh well. What's important is that we've defeated this batch of clones. And look!"

Latios and Latias and the League have finished off the other batches (which were smaller than your batch, thankfully) and have begun helping the Pokemon in distress. Cosh lets the antenna collapse with a gesture as the League takes apart the operating table, the soil fortifications, and the fields of Tall Grass. You can hear them say "There's a lot to rebuild, here... it won't be soon that these folks can regain their lives."
"We need to look for Joy and Brazen. Last we knew, they were in the Pokemon Center."
"Spread out and start searching."
"Was that all the clones? Did we get the real Deoxys?"
"I don't know. Ask the Mist Lord..."

A towering humanoid shape composed entirely of rolling mist strides over to your battlefield. Flying above its shoulders like mounted canons are the Eon Duo. They swoop down to each of you in turn and lay a pretty swirling rainbow-colored stone at your feet. They bow their heads and accept a pat before flying back to the Mist Lord to fetch another stone. There are seven in all, each primarily colored like one spectrum of the rainbow, but all shimmering with every kind of light.

A glass capsule with a raging tide inside and many hooks and electrodes strapped to it is also deposited in the arms of whoever is available. Maybe Spira, since he's not wielding an Artifact. Gears spin around the outside like waterwheels.

A voice booms out from the mist. "Heroes, all of you. The number of lives saved today can never be predicted, but you have more work to do. We learned you possessed the Four. Keep those, and take these too. Is there anything else I can fetch you?"

The Combee are busily bringing honey to your party (fully healing anyone who is unfainted) and helping out the scared Pokemon. Vespiquen sends them out scouting, looking for the original Deoxys, but there's no sign of it. Just a psychically-carved tunnel leading from the operating table and back up to the surface near the Safari Zone.

"Whenever Deoxys can be located, let us bring the fight to it immediately before it has time to rebuild its resources. The League will support you however we can. No time for small talk, I'm afraid, but I'm very interested in what you're doing here."

Every Pokemon who was in this battle, even if they fainted, gets a share of 40XP. Each trainer gets 35XP. You can now affect 7 targets with a spread move.

Aww, Shiva silently curses as that Clone anticipated Kyuu's Fake Out and made it to escape unscathed, and Kyuu emphasizes his displeasure over that by hissing at that space invader once more before he leaps out of the way of the other fighters. The regeneration process is already starting, so now Shiva's counting on the others to deal with that Clone before this process is complete.


....AND HOW THAT ACT PULLED OFF!~ These three remaining Clones are literally razed to the ground nicely by all those Combee, it's very amazing, incredibe and satisfying to see - if Shiva and her Pokemon wouldn't know that this massive swarm of bees are on their side, they'd now be scared.

As Charizard burns the Clones's gemstones and other remains, Shiva allows herself to take a breather by letting herself fall backwards into a comfortable position, Kyuu and Delphox who immediately ran towards her once the battle's won are holding her in it with combined psychic powers. This battle was truely awesome - it was just as stressfull and tirering though, which she only now fully realizes. But it's the good kind of exhaustion she's feeling, that one you'd have after having finished a tough but rewarding task: Shiva's smiling to herself as she closes her eyes to block herself from looking at the destruction around for much longer.


She only opens them again as she senses astonishment and amazement around, as well as picks up on a certain presence coming closer that could only belong to the Eon Duo, reminding her on that happy excitement over those two being reunited just shortly ago.  She screeches even as they are coming down and close to her! "Huh, what's wrong? Do you...want to thank us directly or something?" She happily gives a pat for those Eon Dragons of mist, THEN she realizes why they've approached: The picking up and therefor accepting of an appearantly deserved Keystone AND being called a hero by nonelse but THE Mistlord is too much for Shiva to take at once, she turns away to prevent the others from seeing how she has to rub her eyes rather heavily. Dephox starts to hum the tune of his own Lucky Chant to drown out his Master's sheer endless sobs of happiness, Shiva only makes it to whisper a quiet "Thank you" in between them. It's brimming with honestly and gratitude either way.

Whimsicott summons herself to share this moment with her, and she touches and tabs that pretty rainbowy stone. Maybe she knows what Master owning this nice stone means - It's a pity Helios isn't with her at the moment.


She doesn't know of anything else the Mistlord could fetch her, and now is not the time to request a word with the League. She does request to help looking for Nurse Joy and patching up some of the Pokemon that were trapped within the Tall Grass, the soil fortification and if around MSC Crystals though, letting Pangoro hande any rubble that's in the way (hooray for his immense strength). Every now and then, she's still rubbing her eyes. Real Deoxys is still out there and needs to be dealt with fast - but that's not now nor here, one step at a time. The first step for Shiva is calming down again and getting to Elanor's Pokemon Center/finding Nurse Joy.

She's feeling incredbly sorry also for the few Pokemon that have lost their life from the gruesome vivisections - how she wasn't able to help them and Tepic in particular in time pains her.

Some things I'll do with the gained XP from this fight:

- As Delphox chants lovingly to celebrate the partial victory over Deoxys as well as Shiva'a achievement, the sky itself appears to echo it and the wind delivers it into every street of Elanor. There's a certain sadness in the tune over all the destruction, but hope is clearly predominant in this hymn. Shiva realizes that something changes about how her furry mage displays his singing voice - it's not the way he chants itself, but rather the amount of Erathpower he's putting into this move of his, it feels like he's determined to sing for those on the own side that participate in a tough battle. Mesprit's fly influenced rather heavily also. Delphox's Lucky Chant gets a +1 Priority Suprise for 24XP.


- Kyuu, still out and sitting on Shiva's shoulder with his two tails gently curled around her neck, listens to this chanting with bliss and soon starts to humm to it. He learns a move that requires him to sing as well, it's having some more force within it and is certain to hit the sensitive nerve of any foe: It's Disarming Voice for 22XP.

- Yena meanwhile, unable to fight but able to lick a little bit of honey from the Combee Swarm, allows Shiva to cuddle him and sob into his fur. He sniffs the air, then bristles that fur and spreads his unique wings intimidatingly over the looming scent of these nasty Deoxys Clones. They may be down and defeated now, but woe them shall butterwolfly and space invader meet once more: He hasn't forgotten what they have done to him, the party and the town itself, no! He growls lowly, and now he's able to do that in battle too as he learns Snarl as a Suprise move for 18XP, finally having a STAB-Channel move to use.

Once Shiva has calmed down from her happy weeping at least enough to talk normally, she'll be VERY fascinated by that device the Eon Duo has placed into Spira's hand, watching the tide within it with awe.  "So pretty....." she whispers with sparkles in her eyes, "Looks like the Hidden Machine coding the move that allows you to cross waters on your Pokemon, commonly known as Surf. *gasp" Mistlord, don't tell me we....are allowed to KEEP this? Like FOR REAL now?!" She's thrlled to bits because like Heart was after FLY, she was after SURF. The regular move already is strong as heck - and THIS is the HM Version of it even, coding the original power this move bears!

(Aka Iron, what's the power of the HM Version, any added effects the standard version does not feature? I'm also fine with Spira to keep a hold onto it if he likes and we're indeed allowed to keep it. If not for reasons, Shiva will take it.)

You'll have to give it back when the day is won, but once granted access to SURF the League will always allow you to come in whenever you like and use it. Just gotta be in a capital city or the Caldera.

SURF is a 5 power attack that affects all Pokemon on both sides (area attack). It can only be evaded with a good justification. Once the move has been used, fully aquatic Pokemon lose any disadvantages they had for being on land. It summons or controls truly stunning amounts of water. For example, there are tales of a young Mist Lord Surfing from one coast of Creshire to the other on a single rolling wave, always moving the water at his rear to his forefront.

Oi, Shiva's certain that her dear Vaporeon will LOVE this move. I also remembering you once allowing me that after having used Surf, her Alola-Vuplix's Snow Warning Ability will trigger even indoors due to all the water around. Is that still true?

Definitely. Surf can trigger Hail and Rain Dance and anything else that may require dampness.
