Nox would totally be done to get down with the enemies, though she/they are a bit confused as to how THAT would work if the foes turn hostile (or it works too well/strange). Was she not supposed to satisfy her desire for VIOLENCE rather than continue to glut on Lust? Oh well, it's going to be a fun time regardless ~<3 ...
As for the Danger Level of going Horny Bard(mon) - Fairly high, considering that trying to charm your way into the pants of neutral parties is high risk on its own (unless your are blessed with infuriating levels of natural charm...). Trying to smooze actively HOSTILE and MURDEROUS Pokemon is going to be waaaaay more fraught with difficulty, the consequences of failure (or even success in some cases) is often more devestating than just fucking up alt plans, and things only get MORE when you factor in added complications. Like, say for example, high Disobedience, wrong place/wrong time, and the default state of emotion for who you're trying to seduce (to give an example....HATE or madness?).
On the other hand, you got proof that the Power of Love (or Lust, *Shrugs*) is potent and aligned against the Curses here that a new, brief, torrent of passion is enough to purge it from the surroundings, and Nox is really, really, REEEEEAAAAAAALLLLLY good at seduction and flustering/fiesty-ing up ANYTHING. That, and if things do go wrong she/they have literal Nuclear Options to fall back on, and she got a Priority Move that can quickly get her out of trouble if said trouble isn't outright Lethal or Crippling. Plus in-game the fact that a weird Pokemon was able to trigger a near-violent reaction out of the most stoic woman there.....well, the odds of pulliing similar on her fellow Mon saturated/aligned with Curses that are weak to the power of L(ust)ove can only go up.
So in short: VERY High Risk, but VERY High Reward to go Bardic Monster on your enemies! Hilarious, but is it really worth it when you're working with Trainers that are used to more conventional Battling/tactics? Or something Bern could live down IC - oh the stories and tall tales Nox could create and all sorts of attention it'd Attract, he he he...!

You can just have your Mons use the Moves to benefit as many people as possible instead of trying to have Oz do the jobs herself. The only case where you want her to do so is perhaps Life Dew and Tailwind, since the amount of Mons/People it can affect scales with SPE.
If another Mon of yours has Calm Mind then Oz can attempt to try and use it, but as I stated in the past her own Calm Mind is Locked Out.

I'm willing to give it a try indeed, as it does 1. sound worth the risk, definitely better than using Zephy's NoticeMe, and 2. conventional tactics are lame, let's go creative. Bernhard will not enjoy it, definitely not, (on top of having Nox Fight like a Trainer's Mon already), but to hell with embarassment and coyness, this Major Encounter and situation are DIRE and require drastic means.
I'll get to posting that Course of Action in in-game thread once I'm home from work in a few hours, so please do stay tuned!

Ahh but there Glinda who have Calm Mind, and based in what you said, even said moves was locked out from Hecate, if another Mon have said move, I can use from that Mon. And since I am a Scimitar I can use Calm Mind from Glinda instead of Hecate. And Life Dew is on Hecate movelist, and Oz can summon Tailwind and Lucky Chant again due to Scimitar shenanigans.

An idea: @Spiritmon, are you actually able to cast a Lucky Chant over Equinox too, to make the risky attempt she's about to do more prone to succeed? Would and could you be okay casting that over us if Bern himself kindly asks for it?

Hmm....sure, if you spend a Will Point from Oz and Persaphone to do so. I can see an Empowered Lucky Chant being able to stick around Seddi's and Bern's own part of the War Band long enough to last them throughout their confrontation with the Duo Leader Group.
