RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Radium - 10-11-2016 Thanks for your 'blessings'. I Will try and make many of your ideas reality i will try and keep you in the loop. RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Sparcely Dun - 10-23-2016 Good luck with your project RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Nylon - 12-28-2016 These ideas are pretty nice! I would've liked to see this in the "real" games! Have a good day! RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - AgentParadox - 12-28-2016 Seems cool, but I don't really want any more Mega Evos, they were a cheap gimmick and should stay within 6th gen. Mega Deoxys would be OP as crap. RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Lord Windos - 12-28-2016 I don't think they are check, I just think they are to restrictive at the moment, since you can only Mega Evolve only once per battle, with only one Pokémon. If they removed that, I would be more agreeable to the concept, more or less. RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - AgentParadox - 12-28-2016 That would be even more OP. RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Lord Windos - 12-29-2016 Rather have an environment of OP Pokémon, than a stifling one that makes it more of a hassle to use them, imo. We can agree to disagree, though~! Well, I hope... RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Polaris - 01-03-2017 With the present Mega Evolution mechanics, making it unlimited would break the metagame. If you think about all the strategies available in pokemon, most are optional. However, Mega Evolution's so powerful (most megas end up stronger than pseudo-legendaries, and it doesn't waste an attacking turn) that no one really runs a competitive team without a mega on it. Allowing multiple uses per battle would make mega-capable pokemon into a large fraction of the meta - instead of running one per team, you might see 3+ slots devoted to the pokemon that get mega evolutions. Limiting it forces players to make choices and brings in player reading - you have to guess whether that pokemon will be their mega or if they have another one and are just running a normal set on this one. When the answer to that question becomes "all of them" the guesswork disappears. So while running multiple megas might be fun, you'll find it becomes a lot less fun when everyone is doing it. RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Xenoic - 01-07-2017 I personally believe Xenoqueen deserves a mega or something :p Just feels like one of my favorite pokemon is lacking something
RE: Evolution of the Nuclear Type - Lord Windos - 01-08-2017 She deserve a speed boost, if anything. While she has Fallout to iron out her weaknesses, if she can't get it set up in time before the other team KO's her, then what's the good of it? Even one more point in speed would be good enough, as that would put it in the same speed bracket as the rest of the 85 speed pokemon. I don't know why they made its speed that way.... |
